"Does anyone know I'm here?" I asked George as we stood waiting for my bags to come round on the carousel.

"I think they've announced that you're going to be on the shows," he replied typing on his phone and I let out a sigh.

"Will there be people waiting?" I asked softly hoping there wouldn't be paparazzi waiting whilst I looked like I did.

"I dunno Holly," he let out a sigh still typing on his phone and I assumed from that comment it would be a yes so I pulled my make up gab out of my carry on to apply a light layer of powder so I didn't look deathly ill. I just wanted to make sure that if by some chance there were fans or some guy with a camera I wanted to look okay, I know it wasn't really necessary but it felt like it was to me, I felt like I had to put on a show for everyone. It seemed like hours before my bag actually came round and it was pulled off by one of the security guards who had been hired to come with me. It was actually weird to think that I needed security because when I flew for the Multiply tour no one actually knew who I was so I could get away with only traveling with my tour manager but now I needed 'protection', to me that was weird, actually the fact so many people had to come over with us was weird. Still I was convinced I wasn't 'famous', in my mind I was normal but right now I didn't feel like it.

I just stood awkwardly not even being allowed to hold my own suitcase as I waited for everyone else to be ready. I spotted someone who clearly worked from the airport approaching us making me feel slightly nervous that we were doing something wrong. The guy walked straight past my security and up to me making my stomach turn even more creating a bundle of nerves.

"Excuse me miss Parker?" he asked looking at me.

"Yes," I nodded fiddling with my hands slightly.

"We were informed about your arrival and so were the media apparently," he informed me and I let out a small sigh. "So we've brought you more security to escort you safely through the airport." he told me and I stared at him not sure if he was joking or not but then I noticed a few guys come out of a door dressed in uniform, looking very much like they were security guards.

"How many people are out there?" I asked feeling even more nervous then before.

"Erm I think it's best I talk to your manger," he ignored my question completely before walking straight past me to talk to George. Personally I thought I could've dealt with the situation myself, especially considering he was clearly talking about me and what I was going to have to do. I swiveled my body round to face where the short guy was now talking George, George having this satisfied smirk on his face clearly having planned to tip people off about my arrival or I'd just been spotted leaving the UK and people assumed or figured out where I was going. Both of this situations were slightly annoying because all I wanted was a nice low key entrance, nothing spectacular but by the looks of the guards that wasn't going to happen.

"My daughter loves your music by the way," one of the guards spoke up not removing this stern look on his face.

"Does she?" I asked looking up at him as he towered over me but I smile softly at him trying to remove this scary look he had.

"Yeah," he looked down at me for the first time, his face softened as he made eye contact with me.

"Do you want to phone her so I can talk to her?" I asked him still smiling in a sweet way.

"Oh no she's at school," he shook his head frowning slightly.

"Oh that's a shame," I let out a small sigh before reaching into my bag pulling out a napkin and pen which I'd gotten from the airplane. "Do you have a pen by any chance?" I asked also pulling out my copy of Pride and Prejudice which I'd been reading on the plane.
