I will probably never have enough time to actually finish the book and that's sort of frustrating, however I had planned out an ending so you can either leave the ending to your imagination or read here to find out what I would've done...
So Holly and James would have continued on their relationship being in love and cute but eventually the troubles that they'd had would catch up. James would get jealous whenever he was on tour that Holly was around other guys and that would upset her. This paranoia and the distance between the two of them would end in their break up.
Then it would have flash-forward to the Grammys where Holly would win an award and she would thank James anyway and say he would always be the person that made her believe in not only love but believe in herself and what she had to offer the world.
