"Okay so I've been working a bit more on a few songs," I told George opening up my notebook. "It's nothing special but I'd like to record them, you know at least a demo and then maybe work with a producer to try and vamp it up or something." I sighed opening to to a page with an unknown song on, that I was yet to show anyone. "I know it's a bit stupid to show you a song because you probably don't actually understand any of it but here they are," I held up the notebook to him. "I mean I guess you wanted to talk to me because you wanted to see what I was working on right?" I asked shifting slightly in my seat as I looked over at my manager who seemed a bit stiff and weird.

"Oh that's good," he replied tapping a pen on the desk rapidly, seeming pretty nervous and not excited. Usually he'd just grin at the idea of me working on a new song because that meant a new single, new album and that lead to more money for both me and also for him.

"Yeah," I frowned slightly sensing some weird atmosphere in the room still.

"I didn't really want to talk about the music though," he chewed on his lip, still tapping his pen rapidly.

"Oh, right," I shuffled, shifting my body from one side to the other. "Okay what's wrong then?" I asked tilting my head to one side.

"Firstly I'm happy that you and your boyfriend decided to actually take it all public," he replied, his phrasing sounding as if it was a good thing but his expression and tone defiantly said the opposite to that.

"I mean it was hardly our choice," I laughed awkwardly running a hand through my hair to mess it up, sort of worried about what he was going to say to me. "We didn't exactly leak those photos." I shrugged and all George did was nod to let me know he understood that fact but wasn't about to retract his statement.

"Anyway I'm so happy that you're together but I was wondering if maybe, just maybe, you could be more like how you were a year ago?" he suggested still tapping away at the desk making and all I did was frown at him hoping that would be enough of a hint but I highly doubt it did.

"We weren't actually together then," I crossed my arms over my stomach my frown only getting deeper and harsher. "Look you can't dictate my relationship, just because you think that it would be better to shove our relationship down everyone's throats doesn't mean it would actually be better for our relationship," I sighed combing my hair with my hand.

"I thought that might be the answer," he sighed stopping his tapping to focus all his attention on me.

"So is that it?" I asked raising an eyebrow at him, slightly disappointed that this was all he had to say. "All you wanted to say was that I need to be obnoxious with him?" I sighed sounding defeated.

"No," he laughed slightly at me. "I wanted to talk to you about the tour."

"What tour?" I asked resting head on my hand feeling exhausted.

"Your tour," he replied bluntly, squinting a tiny bit and I just stared at him feeling confused. "Did no one at the record label give you the message?" he asked leaning forwards on his desk.

"Obviously not," I shook my head at him my lips pursed.

"Oh well you're going to be touring when the album comes out," he sighed searching for some papers on his desk before pulling out a folder from his messiness. "Here," he grinned sliding the binder over to me.

"Okay," I dragged out the word taking the folder and placing it on my lap so I could skim read what was in it. I opened the folder just seeing blocks of writing which I would rather read in detail then pick and choose.

"Basically it will be a world tour," he told me and I looked up at him. "Most of the UK, Europe, Australia and North America," he shrugged as if it was a totally casual, everyday discussion and not something to freak out about. I don't think I'd actually toured as a headline before, at least not properly. I think I'd done a handful of headline UK shows but other then that I'd strictly been a supporting act and nothing else. No one had ever paid to see me specifically perform in an arena or on the off chance a stadium, although I had been performing in them for years. It would be weird to actually have people want to see me, I wasn't sure why but it was. It would be even weirder to know that I could perform in countries that weren't England or even America and Australia and have a crowd knowing the lyrics to songs I'd written.
