Tw the case and wanting to sh

Spencer arrived at the scene.
It was still bright daylight but I was already exhausted. My brain kept spinning so it was hard for me to focus. So I decided to take another pill for my anxiety.
"The M.e said the body count is up to 7" Rossi said walking over to Spencer
"Latest 2 also white men in there 40s. I think garcia might be right. He does have a gender preference. Kyle flemming was just at the wrong place wrong time "
"Which means we got the initial profile wrong"

I was ready for this case to be over. All I wanted to do was go home.
My stomach kept growling since none of us had lunch yet.

All of a sudden we got a call from luke.
"What do you have?" Rossi asked.
Luke: Eem we have the unsub
"What how?" I asked
Luke: He tried to strangle tara
"What is she okay?" Jj asked
Tara: im fine jj just didn't expect that.

They decided to take him back to quantico for processing and a pshyc evaluation.

An officer runs down at us.
"I've got some bad news. There has been an abduction just an few hours ago. White male in his 4os "

"Ugh I thought this case was donzo"
I sigh Rossi pated by back and said
"Hang in there kid"

Back at the bau. With em luke and tara.
Tara was interviewing the unsub but he wasn't talking.
The only thing he said was "lost dog"
We know his name is todd but that's all.
Emily tried to talk to him and he opend up more.
Cormack was the dogs name

Rossi, jj, Spencer and I were at the abduction site of the latest victim.

Spencer got a quick phone  call and he looked upset.
"Hey What's wrong " i asked as he stands with his back facing us.
"Everything is fine" he said as he turned around but everyone knew he was lying.

"No...that was the Las Vegas police. Ig they found my mom wondering around a casino. Near her living facility. She didn't know who she was or how she got there"

"Is she okay now?" Jj asked concerned.
"Yea they put her on the phone. She sounded normal, obviously embarrassed by all the fuss"

"You should go" Rossi said.
"I cant do that-"
"Spencer we can handle it. Besides we understand-"
Spencer looked upset at what I said.

"You. YOU understand? You can't understand y/n your parents are dead!" He bursted all of a sudden. I knew he could get like this when it came down to his mother but that Hurt.
"Spencer what the hell?!" Jj said.
He looked shocked at what he said.
I dig my nails into my hands again.
"Y/n i am sooo sorry"
"Its fine. Eem I go help with the interview. Tara should be here any minute anyway"
I walk off and jump on my motorcycle.

I got to the bau.
I wanted emily, I needed emily. I felt the need to cut so bad. But i didn't have anything to do it with anyway.
And well em was in the interrogation room.

So I walked to penelope's office.
"Hey pumpkin aren't you supposed to be with Rossi and-"
"Yep but I'm here now " I say as I take on of penelope fidget toys to distract myself.
"Y/n garcia. What's wrong?" P asked as i pace around the room.

"Today was already a bad day. Not feeling so happy and preppy. But eem Spencer snapped at me and my brain takes every opportunity it gets to convince I'm a horrible person and I deserved that and-" I said everything in 1 breath and i was walking in a circle while playing with the toy until penelope put her arms around me.

Putting pressure on my body so I would take a moment to breath.
"Do I need to get emily?" She asked when she let go of me.
I continued pacing around.
"She's in the interaggation room so I don't want to bother"

My head was racing, I put my hands up to my head and start punching it.
"Nonono don't do that" Penelope got a hold of my hands.
"There is so much going on in my head" i say almost crying .

"Okay I'm going to get emily. Pls don't do anything "
I found it difficult not to pull all my hair out. I felt like I was spiralling.
Every pen every sharp object catched my eye. When I noticed a sharpener.

I tried to get the blade out as em walked in.
"Penelope told me something is going on what is it?" She walked in concerned.

I turn around with the sharpener in hand.
"Waffle" I say on the edge of breaking down ( the code word)

She walked over and took the sharpener out of my hand.
She hugged me And rubbed my arms to try and help with the urges.
She noticed a rubber band on p's desk.
"Here" she gave it to me. I flick it om my wrist a few times as I sit down.
"What's going on what happend?"
She asked as she bent down rubbing my legs as I sit on penelope chair.
"Spencer snapped at me. He was worried about his mom and I said I understand. He said I couldn't understand bc my parents are dead. *crying * I was already having a bad day mentally and-"

Emily shushed me so I would focus on my breathing. I continued to flick my rubber band. My arm was turning red. I put on a jacket that I had around my middle to hid the redness underneath my sleeves.

"I have an idea. Why don't you come with me" she took my hand and we walked to the interaggation room behind the one-way mirror.

Luke was standing there with his dog roxy. He attempted to bring her jn the interview hoping the unsub would think its his dog and open up about the murders.
Penelope was already playing with the dog.
"Jusy bc I like roxy doesn't mean I like you"
"I think y/n could use some dog cuddles" emily said smiling.
I love animals. Both cats a dogs. But I do have something for rescue dogs.

I bend down and pet the dog.
She was nice and calm.
It helped me as a distraction. Meanwhile emily went back in with the unsub .
"So what did you find out?" I ask when my mind calmed down a bit.

"His dog cormac? Is his brother." Luke said.
"Wow he must really be delusional. The woods would do that to you"
I say.
" Penelope found out that his mother died from alchol poisoning and he was abused by his father. He died a year ago. Todd moved out on the streets got involved with drugs..  his brother was last sighted 14 months ago"
I stand up and look a luke.
"Wasn't the first victim killed about 1 year ago" luke nodded.
"The m.e. is tryin to get another sample"
