Magic Whim: Smile, Smile lets Thailand force people to smile or feel possible unwanted or wanted feelings of joy. It can be a powerful tool that can bring armies to their knees smiling uncontrollably or help people feel somewhat better but it doesn't work on Finland for some reason.
