This 'form' is only able to be used for states/parish/provinces/federal states and Capital keepers or foreign territory or colony keepers.
When a country keeper is working with their states/parish/provinces/federal states/Capital/foreign territory or colony keepers, these keepers would be in a sort of ball or sphere form. It is a function they automatically do when they're working, however they can also be put into sphere form by their country keeper or just if they want to be. No one knows why they can do this.
They also have slight telepathic powers to use or carry things or even carry themselves through the air. This is not to say that they do not have flag and human forms. They do have these additional forms.
In their appearance, along with having their state flags of their states/parish/provinces/federal states and Capital or foreign territory or colony keepers, they have certain characteristics that can be attributed to their cultures.
The way they get out of this form is either by being thrown at the floor in an American football spike fashion, just throwing, or by willing themselves to.
They are very portable and travel size in sphere form.
