Charles*

At the morning Maddy was still tightly wrapped around me. She was holding me tight. I get up because i needed to get ready.

Her mom was making breakfast for us.

"Good morning."
"Good morning Charles! How are you?"
"I'm good. Thank you." - i smile and sit on the couch
"I'm sorry about Maddy's behaviour. She really understand how important you are for her."
"I understand that too. It's okay I was not mad at her. I want her to be calm and okay."
"You're one amazing boy Charles."

I helped her mom with the breakfast. We talked a lot about everything, i told her my point in the situations.

Maddy wake up soon and come to us. She snuggle into me and smile.

"Good morning sleepy. Are you and Mateo ready?"
"Yeah. Do we need to leave?"
"Soon, take your time, eat with Mateo I'll get my stuff ready." - she nod but she was still in my arms
"You don't want to let me go?" - i laugh and kiss her head
"Mhm." - she mumble and hug me tight
"Still you two need to eat, and me to get my stuff ready." - I stroke her hair gently
"Yeah, you're right." - she let out of my arms and smile at her mom.

She and Mateo start eating while i was getting ready. She was looking incredibly destroyed mentally but she was still standing like she's okay.

"Baby we need to leave. Are you ready?"-i look at her and she nod slowly

She take Mateo in her arms and head to the car with me. She sit on the passenger seat waited for me

I put Mateo in his car seat and sit next to her. I start driving to the paddock. The whole ride I can't take my eyes off her.

When we arrive i take Mateo and wrap my arm around her. There was a lot of paparazzi who were actually notice us yesterday.

"Are you two okay? Last night we saw Maddy crying?"
"Guys, it's between us. Like you see we are okay. You don't need to know everything."

I help her get her way through them to the Ferrari hospitality.

I pull her for a hug trying to make her feel better.

"Are you-?"
"Yes, I'm okay." - she nod slowly and smile
"I need to go, if you need me call me please."
"Don't worry, go." - she smile softly at me

Charles left to do his duties and i stayed with Mateo. Not long ago Isa come to us.

"How's my favourite mama?" - she pull me for a hug
"I'm good, we are good. You?"
"I'm okay. Do you want to have a walk around? You should do more activities."
"Sounds amazing, i have so much to tell you!"
"Spill the tea." - she laugh

Mateo was sleepy so he was snuggling into me. I was holding him tight.

I tell Isa everything about last night.

"So, that's it." - i look at her
"Well, you two will really kill me with that arguments. But I'm glad you're okay." - she smile
"Thank you. I really understand how much i love him."
"The practices start soon we should go back. Mateo is sleeping." - she smile at Mateo and rub his back
"Yeah, i need to see Charles before he get in the car."

We go back at Charles's garage. He was getting ready.

"Hey." - i whisper to him and smile
"Hey babies, is he tired?" - he hug us gently
"Probably. Are you ready?"
"Yeah, I am. Are you sure you're okay? Are you sick, any pain?" - he look at me worried
"I'm all good babe. Go and have a good position."

He get in the car and drive out on the track. I sit on the vip area with Mateo in my arms still sleeping.

He was probably tired, he also can be affected by all of our things. He slept the whole first practice.
