Maddy*

The next morning we were already in the paddock, Charles had once again disappeared to do media stuff so i had stayed in his garage with the kids.

"Hey Maddy, how are you?" I heard Isa's voice behind me.
"Oh hey, I'm good you?" I smiled and hugged her.
"Did you notice something strange in Charles's behaviour?" I directly asked.

He is acting strange, like when he proposed me in Italy and when the whole situation with Charlotte was up back then.

"No, what do you mean?"
"Okay maybe I'm too banal but do you remember when he proposed me in Italy when we had that big argument because of Charlotte?"
"Yeah i do, but do you think?"
"I'm not sure what to think. She never showed up since then. It's been months.."I looked up and saw Charlotte entering Charles's garage.
"You have to be fucking kidding me.."
"Hey, calm down." Isa said but i was already walking to Charlotte.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I said reaching her.
"What do you think darling? I'm looking for Charles?"
"I perfectly know that you are looking for him, WHY are YOU looking for him?"
"I'm not going to explain myself to you. Where's he?" She crossed her arms.
"You know what? He's somewhere doing interviews. Go find him. I already felt something was up." I turn back and went to Isa.

I felt betrayed in from Charles. Is he serious? I gave a fucking birth to his kids and he still talks with her? It has to be some kind of shit joke that i don't want to experience again like in Italy.

This time Lya also had to experience Charles's stupid actions.

"Hey, it's okay, I'm sure Charles will explain to you." Isa hugged me and i felt tears in my eyes.
"I don't think i want to even hear him. I've heard him once and he promised me that he won't be talking to her again. What's that now then?" I said whipping my tears.
"Mommy why are you crying?" Mateo tapped my leg and i took him in my arms.
"It's nothing baby, you don't need to worry okay?" I kissed his head and he hugged me tight.

Charles*

I was talking with Carlos before my interview and i saw Charlotte coming in my direction.

I blinked twice before tapping Carlos so he can see her.

What the fuck is she doing here? Everything was perfect between me and Maddy.

"Mate what the fuck?" He looked at me confused and i shake my head.

"Long time to see Charles?" She smiled.
"What do you want?" I said clearly angry with that she's here.
"Don't you remember our little deal?"
"Charlotte it's been fucking months and i was fucking drunk. Do you think i remember all the things you made me do and say?"
"Oh then you don't have problem if i go back to Maddy and tell her everything?"
"What did you say to her?"
"Oh nothing for now, just that I'm looking for you. I'm not that bad person." She laughed.
"You talked to her?" I asked angrily.
"I clearly did." She smiled.
"You bitch." I ran back to my garage.

Why she even showed up? What deal? It was fucking months ago.

I reached my garage and searched for Maddy.

She was staying with Isa clearly upset. I felt so overwhelmed with this. Everything was absolutely perfect till now.

"Baby.." i said and she looked at me with disappointed look.
"Charles, I don't really feel like talking about this kind of things again. Go deal with her then you can explain to me without any lies right?" She said sounding really hurt.
"Please baby. Hear me out." I begged her.
"I think i told you what i wanted to." She smiled sadly. "Can you give me your car keys, I don't want us to be part of the situation please?"
"Let me at least help you with the kids."
"I can handle it, remember?"

I felt like everything was falling down. I was so scared she can leave with the kids. I was scared I'm not going to see them again.

"Please promise me you'll not leave. Please baby."
"I won't. I still have some faith and trust in you after everything." I handed her the keys and tried to hug her but she stepped away getting the kids and heading to the exit.

"Did she said something? Is she really mad or?" I turned to Isa
"Charles..she is hurt not mad. You better go and deal with Charlotte. She was very arrogant with Maddy."
"I'm going to deal with her.." I mumbled and went to find her.

It wasn't very hard she wasn't very far away.

"Listen to me. You're going to tell me what the fuck do you want from me, and then promise to not come back again and bother me. I have family and moved on from you. You need to do it too."
"Then you need pay me everything."
"Everything? What? How much money do you want?"
"Like 500k." She smiled.
"That's all you want? And you're disappearing from my life."
"Well yeah. I want your money."
"Since money is what you want."

I deposited 600k to her bank account, the money wasn't problem i wanted her away from me and my family.

Knowing i need drive now and then going to Maddy is freaking me out. I wanted to be with her and explain everything.

I entered my garage and went to get ready. I wanted to be already done with it but unfortunately I can't.

I had finished with the sessions and the interviews and i was already on my way back to the hotel.

I checked my phone if by any chance Maddy had texted me but she wasn't...

As i entered the room i didn't saw her, Mateo and Lya were sleeping on their beds but there was no sight of her.

I started to panic till i heard her in the bathroom. She was crying. My heard broke up when i heard her.

"Baby..i'm here. I clear up the things with her. She won't bother us. Please can i come in?" I heard only a silent yes.

She was leaned on the sink breathing heavily.

I wrapped my arms around her body and held her upright.

"Please tell me there's no secrets that I don't know cause I don't think i can handle that, Charles." She mumble quietly trying to not cry.
"There's nothing more baby, i swear. Please calm down." I whisper turning her to face me.
"I love you." She rested her forehead on mine.
"I love you too, but do you believe me?" I tried to put myself together.
"I do idiot, i just want you to stop doing that kind of stupid things. You are hurting me okay?"
"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. I never wanted to hurt you." I kissed her.
"It's never been easy for us but i want you to don't do stupid stuff and to step up as my husband. I will try my best to step up as your wife and also don't do things that can hurt you. I don't blame you because all you want to do is protect me and the kids." She smiled and hugged me.
"I promise, I'm going to step up as your husband and i won't do anything to hurt you."

I carried her to the bed and layed her there. I layed next to her and pulled her closer to me.

"Do i want to know about Charlotte?" She suddenly asked me.
"I think it's little overwhelming right now for us but if you want to i will explain." I sighed and kissed her head.
"No, i trust you." She rested her head on my chest.
"Thank you." I smiled.

It was a little bit to calm so i wanted to add some drama...
