QOC:
"I have learned that there is more power in a good strong hug than in a thousand meaningful words."

Aiden:
Oh crap, they're screwed.
"Let's start your interrogation now, shall we?" Aru said to Mini and Brynne, "What the actual heck were you doing here without notifying Aiden and I? Mini, you told me that you were busy, and Brynne, you told Aiden you were meeting up with a friend. You failed to tell the truth of your meet up! You had one job!"
I smirked and relaxed back on our side of the booth. "Care to explain?"
"UHM-" Brynne started while looking at Mini, "UH..."
Suddenly Mini grabbed Brynne's hand and ran out the door while shouting at us. "WE'VE GOT TO GO RUDY UHM JUST DIED, I THINK."
I looked at Aru and shook my head while chuckling. "Sorry about that."
She waved her hands at me and told me it was okay, and that she didn't mind. She said that she actually enjoyed having that conversation with everyone.
"Can we order something now??" She whined, "I'm literally starving and if I go another second without food I'm going to DIE."
I shrugged. "I'll be sure to plan your funeral."
She slapped my shoulder playfully. "Staaaahp! But seriously I'm kinda dying."
I raised my hand and called a waiter over. We ordered our food and waited for a little bit till it came, then we practically inhaled everything. When we had finished our food, I took my wallet out to pay for the bill, when Aru stopped me.
"I'll pay!" She said cheerfully, "It will be my thanks for keeping me company all day."
I stared at the girl in a green sweater with black pants, long dark hair, beautiful brown skin, and bright brown charismatic eyes that sat beside me.
She wants to pay? Hell no. Not gonna let that happen.
I shook my head. "Nah, it's fine, I wanna pay anyway."
She placed a hand over mine and looked at me sweetly but menacingly. I felt my heart rate go up a little bit, and my face flush.
"Aiden Acharya," She said in a low, calm voice, "If you put your card on that thing right now I will quite literally tickle you to death."
I squinted at her as I moved my hand slowly away from hers, towards my wallet to grab my card, and then placed it on the check holder. I could've sworn that the moment I kept the card on the leather, the sky immediately rumbled, as if the universe was saying, "Dude, you made a huge mistake. Tried to tell ya, but uhm, that's a YOU problem now.'
Aru looked at me with the most deadly face I've ever seen in the entire world, then proceeded to grab the check holder off the table and run to the front desk. I immediately ran after her to make sure she didn't pay, but she held my card away from me instead and shoved a few bills in the Cashier's hand.
"HI!" She said to the person while holding me back, "I just decided to come up here and pay instead of y'all picking it up. Here's the cash, keep the change, love the food! 'KAY THANKS BYE!"
She grabbed my hand and ran out of the restaurant, grinning at me.
She pumped her fist in the air. "Haha! I won!"
I pouted at her. She stopped smiling immediately. I think my sad face was a little too realistic and she didn't know I was joking. Partially joking.
"Whaaat" She said, dragging me along throughout the Mall and towards the parking lot, "You should be happy that you didn't have to waste money!! Smileee!"
