Chapter 43: Will

We discussed the problem with Piper, trying to come up with a solution.

"We could try to wait it out," Percy suggested.

"No, my mom wouldn't want to just have Nico fall back in love with Will after a few days. She likes the drama," Piper said.

"We could try to go up to Olympus to talk to her," Percy said.

"Well, that's the best idea you have had in the past half hour," Piper said. "It's worth a shot."

"But Chiron wouldn't just let us go there. He probably won't see it as a big deal," I said.

"Then we'll sneak out!" Percy said. "I'll call camp Jupiter."

He went over to grab a drachma.

Meanwhile, Nico hasn't said a thing. "Hey, death boy." I said.

He slid his hand into mine. His hand started shaking, and he pulled away. I grabbed his hand again, and he relaxed a little bit.

"This nonsense will be over soon," I promised. Nico nodded his head. "I love you, and you don't have to say it back, because I know it hurts," I told him. His head nodded again.

Percy came back into the room. "The rest of the 7 is on their way."

I smiled. So many people want to help.

A knock came at the door. Percy opened it, and a girl was standing there.

"Who are you?" I asked.

Nico's eyes widened with realization.

"Who is she, Nico?" I looked down at him.

"You're the girl from the camp fire," he said.

"Yep," she said. "I heard about what's happening, and I wanted to help. You two are the cutest couple ever."

I laughed. "What can I do to help?" She asked.

"We were just about to go up to Olympus to see Aphrodite," I said.

"Aphrodite is my mom. I'm Molly, by the way."

"Maybe you could help persuade her," I suggested.

Molly smiled. "I'll do that."

Percy came back. "They're here!" He yelled.

Leo, Caylpso, Reyna, Frank, and Hazel walked in.

Hazel spoke up. "When Percy Iris messaged us, we came here as quick as we could."

"Thank you so much," I said. Nico started to shake. He pulled away, not looking at me. I put my hand on his shoulder.

"It's that bad?" Hazel asked. "I promise Nico, we'll get everything back to normal soon."

Nico nodded.

Then, Jason, Piper, Shel, Bianca, and Annabeth walked in. Jason and Piper had tears on their faces. Piper gave us a glare meaning to not ask about it.

"So, we're all here," Percy said. "Let's go."
