And she succeeded after a lot of failures the specimen managed to survive the procedure.
Before her Experimentation she gathered 50 people here to be her specimen and only one remain, a young girl a jew in fact.
This girl was special though since she was a survivor of the Italian Genocide of Jews in Italy which lead to German Reich declaring war.
So the Girl motivation to join was due to her parents death and she wanted to avenge them.
Thus as Casia watch the Unconscious body of her successful specimen she knew that she will be able to perform her role well.
Casia named her Olivia Der Strom, through the eldritch rituals and other forms of mutation this girl will be known as one of the most Cruel SS General in the war.
She is often given more privilege by Casia so she often commands mostly 4 SS division or more participating in numerous operations in Russia along with their ally Poland or in africa where they battled against British Colonial force with cruelty and loyalty to the German Reich.
