Surrender

1937

After the Encirclement of most of their army, Italy finally surrendered with most of its troops surrendering as well.

Although there were a few resistance when the German Army was entering Rome it was only minimal and the march did not stop.

Eventually the German Army occupied Rome and the whole of Italy with Remaining Troops surrendering after a week.

Negotiations Opened and it was decided that Italy will be a puppet with a new leader Adolf Hitler, Their Colonies in Africa specifically near Ethiopia are to be given to them while Libya is still going to be an Italian Colony and their Navy is to follow orders from the German High Command or Seniors stationed in Italy.

But only the German Reich, Austria and Italy were present since the British doesn't really care that much on Italy and are more concerned in Spain.

The Terms were agreed upon by Italy and soon the official surrender was announced.

Thus The Italo-German War of 1937 ended with an Overwhelming German Victory and a crushing defeat for the Italians now a puppet of Germany.

After the War many In the German Military were promoted due to their achievements and Olivia Der Strom is one of them who is in Italy along with Erwin Rommel Commanding German Troops stationed in the area While Erika Von Hipper was famous due to her military talent and capabilities.

Rommel was stationed in Libya while Olivia was in Rome mostly in charge of public order and guarding Hitler and Mussolini from any attempts of assassinations.
