In St.Petersburg where Reichskommissariat Heinrich Himmler was based along with his personal bodyguards.

Ever since Himmler was assigned to be the Reichskommissariat of Russia he has done many crimes against the people of Russia which was only found out by Erika who immediately ordered Jonnah along with the 41st to go to St. Petersburg and "Question" Himmler about the matter.

Although Himmler knows that Jonnah was in charge of the 41st, he was the one who promoted her and agreed on giving her command of 41st along with the others, such as Olivia and Erika.

So Himmler did not worry about it even though it was prohibited in their Faction.

Casia, on the other hand, after being informed by Erika, decided to execute Himmler along with anyone who actively participated in the said crimes.

In his office, Himmler was working on his papers about the infrastructure in Russia.

Casia: Good, you did your job well. From now on, you are the Reichskommissariat of Russia.

Jonnah: Yes, my Fuhrerin, I will serve the Reich with my utmost Loyalty
