After The Italian War The German Reich Has begun Remilitarization of the Rhineland establishment of Forts, Supply Depots, Airfield and More that are needed for the German Army Stationed there.
The Same Could Be Said to the Whole of Germany and Austria as all Military Personnel and Workers are Busy Building, Forts, Airfields, Roads, Supply Depots, Storage Facilities, Extensive Communication Network, Ports that will be important for the war that is inevitable.
With Military Presence near their Borders France had issued a Remilitarization but not as successful as the Germans who were able to field many tanks and Aircraft.
Although France did have tanks there were only a few of them and some came from Ww1 Era which is considered outdated.
Not even mentioning that the French Army is not equipped with the best that it could produce and the Military High Command are either incompetent or not adapted to the future warfare.
Meanwhile the British want the current situation solved diplomatically due to Chamberlain who want peace in Europe so both France and Britain recognized Austria as a part of the German Reich in a move by Chamberlain called appeasement where they allow any claims the Germans had as long as their is a reason and evidence.
Thus Both France and Great Britain are not really prepared at all even if they are to be supplied by the United States.

German Reich, Rhineland
In one of the recently built Forts, Erika was talking with her mother about the plans.
Erika: Um wouldn't it be dangerous if our tanks kept moving around behind enemy lines?
Casia: No it isn't, once we encircled them it's over.
Erika: But How?
Casia: You see the Maginot Line was built to defend against us but it was not extended.
Erika: Don't Tell me that we are going to invade Belgium and Netherlands.
Casia: Yes of Course.
Erika: I knew It, but wouldn't that be the same during Ww1?
Casia: Of Course Not, We will go through the Ardennes.
Erika: That's a forest it would bogged us down.
Casia: We will smash through the Ardennes with as many tanks as possible and encircle the French Army in Dunkirk.
Erika: But-
Casia: Erika, I have thought you many things including Military.
Erika: But the plan is-
Casia: Shhh, Erika this New War will change the very concept of Warfare with New Technologies.
Erika: So you are telling me-
Casia: You cannot adapt in the future of warfare thus you need to think outside the box.
