After The Italian German War which saw Italy Ruled By Germans which although met with some Public Criticism it was eventually put down by the German Army Stationed In Italy.

To Be Exact Over 30,000 Troops are stationed in Italy while in Libya around 15,000 Either Jews or Germans.

While the Number Of Troops stationed in Italy were larger than in Libya, To Garrison the Italy will stretch them thin so a new Italian Army Trained By Germans provided with Surplus Equipment was initiated by Hitler.

Libya on the Otherhand already has Italian Troops Numbering around 10,000 but they were retrained by the Germans both led by Olivia and Rommel, While the 10,000 Troops were Experienced who fought alongside Olivia with 5,000 led by Rommel who were also experienced mainly in Tanks and Infantry.

The Italian Navy on the other hand was organized by Erika and were stationed in Important Ports Guarded by Anti Aircraft in order to prevent any of the British Ships/ French or any other countries from disrupting their campaigns in Africa.
