Sakura Empire
Sakura Empire was hit hard due to the Eagle Union sudden attack and were defeated quickly as most of their fleet was distracted.
Now, the Homeland is now occupied by Eagle Union, which started exporting new cultures in the Sakura Empire.
Allowing the establishment of many buildings and new entertainment such as parks and circus.
Most notably, the one near Okinawa named Midnight Petals famed for its great themes and, of course, a great roller-coaster that is connected safely.
One of the attractions is a large western palace connected by trains and was often regarded as the main attraction due to the Palace design as well as a stage where many magicians, singers and more performed for the audience.
But as time went by, Okinawa became deserted due to Eagle Union not funding the city buildings, leading to many people going out of Okinawa.
Leaving the Midnight Petals out of service and bankrupt and abandoned never to be used again.

Inside the Palace of Midnight Petals
Akashi: We meet again, Kongou.
Kongou: Yeah, it's been a while, scammer cat....
Akashi: Oh, don't call me that I'm a magician here.
Ayanami: Well, there is no one watching your shows.
Akashi: Yeah, I know ever since this place went bankrupt, and Okinawa became deserted.
Ayanami: Really shows that the president is not willing to fund the Sakura Empire.
Akashi: Yeah, unlike before, there were many budgets allocated towards the Sakura Empire.
Kongou: The same goes for Hiryuu her business got shut down by the Eagle Union.
Akashi: That's a bit too much, isn't it?
Ayanami: Yes, it's too much for us. They will know the consequences.
Akashi: Oh?
Kongou: We have a plan that involves this place being our hideout for now.
Akashi: Sure thing, just need to fix some things, and i can accommodate you here along with others.
Kongou: Well, you are also involved since i planned to make a live performance with you on it.
Akashi: Why does it have to be me?
Ayanami: You're the only one who can get it done perfectly and the role, of course.
Akashi: So this performance of mine is going to be broadcasted?
Kongou: Yes, only to Sakura Empire, though.
Akashi: And why is that?
Ayanami: We want a performance that will cause an uprising in the mainland in that way we can earn our independence.
Akashi: That's a lot of ambition, huh? Anyways, you might need to help me with something.
Kongou: What is it?
Akashi: If you want this to succeed, we need Ironblood support.
Ayanami: Aren't they in a civil war?
Akashi: I predict that civil war will end but not now.
Kongou: So we have to wait?
Akashi: Of course, we have to wait, and we need to get the materials and equipment ready for that performance, and it takes time.
Ayanami: Make sense, I guess there is barely food here.
Kongou: Yeah, we need to have an actual supply of food, clean water, and other necessities. At least we don't need a port since we are just able to hide our rigging.
Akashi: Well, this is a new time for us. The sirens are defeated, and the ambitions of factions of the former Azurlane are starting the new conflict.
Ayanami: But ambitions have limits and might lead to their downfall or us.
Kongou: Our nation has fallen in the hands of Eagle Union, the cultures slowly being erased.
Akashi: This new dawn of warfare will be a stage for everyone, and i can't wait after all.
Akashi: The Show Must Go On!
