The German Reich have Prepared for the Operation which is set to happen in 1939 to take France.
But Before that the German Reich had to secure the North to ensure the steady supply of Materials and other needs and to be able to have thier Kriegsmarine secure the Baltic Sea.
Thus The German Reich Launch it's invasion of Denmark and Norway in a Military Operation Called Operation Weserübung.
With The 3 Waffen SS Invading supported by Luftwaffe and the Kriegsmarine take over Denmark in just 6 Hours.
Thus Denmark was Secured and it became the staging ground for the Waffen SS To Invade Norway, although only the Totenkopf is assigned to accomplish the task they were supported by the Luftwaffe especially the Paratroopers.
Although they were contested on some parts of Norway by the Allies it was too late so they pulled back.
Thus Operation Weserübung succeeded in a record time since they started their operation in December and ending it in January.
This was massive blow to the Allies since they couldn't contest The German Reich but with Britain still seeing a Hope for a peaceful resolution.
So when Casia Demanded that the Sudetenland be given since Ethnic Germans lived there thus it belongs to Germany.
And it was given immediately and agreed upon by the German Reich and Great Britain not including Czechoslovakia to the meeting.
With the agreement that the German Reich will not invade the rest of Czechoslovakia (Which they will)
So When Chamberlain returned to Great Britain he announced that Peace has been brought to Europe.
Well Not Lasting a single week Czechoslovakia was invaded by the German Reich with some of the land being given to Hungary.
So with the Violation of the agreement both Britain and France Declared War.
