Erin went to the locker room to take out her frustration. How could this have happened? She could hav eatoeasy stopped him from going into work. He was supposed to be coming home to her and they were going to watch a movie together since she had insisted and who could say no to her eyes.

' Erin' Kim spoke quietly and make her way to Erin who was sat on the bench with her eyes closed.

' he has to be okay Kim! The bastard that did this I'm gonna kill them' she said with fire in her eyes, fire that Kim had also seen in hanks eyes.

' and we will find him and make that person pay you know that'

' he- he has to be okay Kim, he can't leave me just yet' she broke down sobbing Kim went over and hugged her as tightly as possible.

' he will be okay.'

Hank looked at him suprised that he just asked him for Erin. Does he think he's that stupid to ask Hank voight that question?

' and what you think I'm gonna hand her over t you easily? Are you really that dumb because I don't think so. She hates your guys. She hates the man that was her father' Hank could see that David's eyes were getting angry by every second.

David got up from his chair and punched him in the face.

' you know yourself that Erin will not come here willingly, she will never come here just because somehow her father popped out of no where trying to reconcile past memories... good luck with that' Hank said with a smirk, he wanted Erin to stay away from this man. He had read up on him he was in jail for first degree murder.

' You took my daughter away from Hank voight, you made her become a cop. I hear alll these whispers in there saying that Erin lindsey is hank voights girl' he said mocking him.

' you really think Erin will stay with you after she finds out her real father is back in town. No she won't Hank.... Shall I tell you why.. you were only her temporary father not the real one.... Now it's time to get Erin' David grabbed the camera and turned it towards Hank.

' say hi Sergant Voight' he spoke with a devil tone.

Adam and Kevin came back to the district after going to hanks CI he had last met. Which he had said that he had no idea what had happened or where he is. Al shaked his head at this information, he looked back at Erin who was sat in voights office. He didn't know what to do and what to say. He looked back infront and saw platt making her way in a quick move.

' package came for Erin' she spoke, al called Erin to the bullpen. Erin hesitantly took the package from platt as jay stood hovering and staying beside her. Inside came a note with a picture.

' say hi to daddy voight here, this is probably the last time your going to meet him erin... open your email' the letter had written with a picture of Hank unconscious and blood coming down her face. Her hands trembled as she held the photo. She went to Jays desk and opened her email.

When she clicked the video she saw Hank sitting down on a chair eyes slightly open. Al put his hand on her shoulder for reassurance.

' hello intelligence unit. As you may have realised Hank voight is in my custody. You don't know who I am do you Erin? I'm suprised you didn't realise my voice'

The camera turned around to face the man.

' hi my beautiful daughter, I'm your father David Lindsey' Erin gasped as she saw he real father all this time she didn't know where he was ans now that he was here he had hank.
