It's okay to feel the way you do. 

It's okay to feel sad.

Feel overwhelmed.

Feel upset. 

Your thoughts are valid. 

You think they are stupid.

But a lot of other people feel the same way you do. 

You feel lonely.

But it doesn't mean you are alone. Some people can help you.

People backstab you. 

But it doesn't mean you can't trust anyone and must isolate yourself.

People hate you.

But what about the fact that you hate yourself more than they do? 

You want to hurt yourself. 

It's ineffective for solving your problems. 

It's hard to stop..

You want to die.

No. Don't die. 

People care for you.

And you don't realize it loves, <3
