People are going through a hard time. And it's sad. People don't deserve to be mistreated, discriminated against, assaulted, bullied, or looked inferior. Everyone is special. Everyone has something unique and exciting about them.

Try to have some optimism in the day. Start your day with a good start, and take care of yourself so that when you start the day, your day doesn't seem so terrible—journaling about what happened in the day or just jotting down your thoughts.

If you are worrying about something, don't tell yourself to stop worrying about it. Instead, acknowledge your feelings and thoughts. They are essential, and there is nothing wrong with worrying. It is a natural thing that all humans do. Think about how others might think about it or if what you are worrying about has facts behind it. This will help you to figure out what is happening at the moment.

Stop comparing yourself to others. Easier said than done? Absolutely. It's normal for your negative self-talk to start nit-picking on the things you don't like yourself.

👲🏽 - "Why does my nose look this way?"

👵🏻 - "I wish I could tuck my belly in!"

👨🏻 - "Why does my face look so oddly shaped?"

👩🏾 - "Why am I so hairy?"

👱🏽‍♂️ - "Why are my thighs so large?"

It makes sense why you can have feelings similar to this. I have many of the ones on this list alone! Give a compliment to yourself and do something you enjoy every day.

👲🏽 - "This suit looks great on me!"

👵🏻 - "My handmade scarf looks beautiful...I guess I'm not too bad at this!"

👨🏻 - "One thing I love about myself is that I am compassionate to others."

👩🏾 - "I look gorgeous in this outfit!"

👱🏽‍♂️ - "I got a C on the math test. I didn't fail! I did great."

I hope these suggestions help you! </3
