He turns back to face me and I immediately drag out my dagger placing it in front of his throat. Unfortunately for me, he thought to do the same with his own silver dagger.
He looks in my eyes and smirks. "Well won't you look at that?" He says, not...

"Hey, love." I whisper at Nathaniel.
"Hi, baby." He holds me by the waist. "Where did you come from?"
"Pristine."
"Oh, there you two are- what are you doing?"
I look up and see Colby followed by the other two by the door. "You couldn't wait 'till we got back to the apartment to jump him?" Colby crosses his arms.
I smile and kiss Nathan's jaw. "No."
Nate helps me up and dusts off his clothes. "You fell from the sky." He mutters looking up.
"Oh yeah, so," I turn to everyone. "There's a mirror upstairs. I fell through it, it's a portal to Pristine."
"Can we go home?" Ash speaks up. "With the mirror?"
"Not in the way we want." I say while going back up to the room with the mirror. Everyone else follows as I carefully reach out. My hand doesn't go through. "I guess not at all." I sigh and face the group.
"This was a portal," I say walking up to them. "I fell in Blake Barlowe's house. This is their house." I wave around. "It's just fixed and looks nice in Pristine. They took me to the castle and I spoke to The Queen through Blake since no one could see me but him. They know who you are now, your names are written and if you have family they will be notified."
"My brother." Ash sighs with longing in his eyes. Kristen rubs his back in a soothing matter.
"Your brother and his wife will know where you are. They are informing the public as well of who we are and what happened. When we return, the creatures will know and rush to help if we need it."
I turn to Nathan. "They are also telling your father. He will be joining us soon. The time with Pristine and Earth don't match up so he should be here on the day after tomorrow for sure."
He nods and pulls me to him. "Okay."
"And what about breaking the curse for sure?" Colby asks.
"One step at a time." Nathan pulls him in for a side hug. "Maybe we can figure out a way when we get home."
"Do we go back to the apartment or to the carnival?" Ash questions.
"We should wait until we have Chester here to speak with the witch. He might have other ideas we haven't thought of." Kristen adds.
"Sounds like a plan." Colby nods. "Let's go back."
On our way back, after finding civilization, we run into-
"You again?" Says Amanda with Colt next to her holding a bag of groceries.
"How do you keep finding these men? Where did you meet them all?" Amanda asks, completely baffled.
"I met him at a club, but he used to stalk me beforehand," I point at Colby, he nods in confirmation. "I met him at a ball, also used to watch me for years on the side lines without me knowing," I point to Blackwell who smiles at me lovingly. "I met her in the elevator, after I almost got hit by a car," I point to Kristen who beams at the group. "And I met him when he kidnapped my friend and took him to an abandoned building in the middle of the forest." I smile and point at Ash who wraps his arm around his mate and nods with a smile.
