He turns back to face me and I immediately drag out my dagger placing it in front of his throat. Unfortunately for me, he thought to do the same with his own silver dagger.
He looks in my eyes and smirks. "Well won't you look at that?" He says, not...

I wake up the next morning tucked into Colby's side with his arms wrapped around me. As comfortable as this was, I needed to use the bathroom.
I slowly begin to slither my way out and manage to get out. When in the bathroom, I realize that I can't turn the lights on. Luckily there's a small window so I open it and let in the sunlight.
Quickly, I brush my hair and teeth. Colby gave me a new toothbrush.
I make my way back into the bedroom. There lies Colby in all his glory. By that I mean he now has taken up the side of the bed I was in.
I go over and begin to run my fingers through his dirty blonde hair, trying to wake him up gently. He hums but doesn't open his eyes.
"Colby?" I whisper. He hums again. "I want to shower but don't have clothes."
He finally opens his eyes and looks at me. They always look bright enough to light up a room. He reluctantly rolls off the bed and makes his way to a dresser. He hands me another set of clothes. "Thank you." I smile and go.

After a while, Colby finally gets up and gets ready for the day. He dresses in a casual dark green, long-sleeved sweatshirt with black jeans. I'm dressed in something similar but of course looks baggier.
He did tell me we were going to stop by and get me some clothes after breakfast. We also decided to eat out for breakfast so here we are, walking down from his apartment into a small diner.
He leads me to a table and a few seconds later a waitress comes over to take our orders.
Colby orders pancakes, eggs, hash browns, breakfast sausages, and a coffee. I order the same but replaced the pancakes and coffee with toast and apple juice.
"Hey what's that?" Colby points at my chest. I look down and see my purple pendant.
"I don't know, when I fell into this world this just fell on my head afterwards."
He looks at it with narrowed eyes and back up at me. He reaches into the top of his shirt and pulls out the chain to his necklace.
