Madelyn's POV:

We had been in LA the rest of the week doing publicity events and other interviews. It was good except for the fight Chase and I had the second day. I was a little overwhelmed and tired too. Chase and I were the only ones going back to Charleston. Madison announced that she bought a house with her girlfriend here in LA and was permanently moving. Rudy was going on a 2 month long trip with his girlfriend all across the world, and JD was headed to New York to film a new movie. Chase and I said our goodbyes and boarded the plane. I immediately exhaled a sigh of relief when we were seated. I was so happy to be going back home even though our friends wouldn't be with us.

When we arrived home, Chase gave me a big hug from behind.

"I missed this." He said.

"Missed what?" I asked while turning around in his arms to face him.

"Us. You and me." He replied.

"Me too. I'm glad we're home." I responded. Charleston had a much slower and relaxed pace compared to LA. I felt like a normal person here whereas I felt like a celebrity in California. I could go anywhere and do anything I wanted to back home.

"I wanted to talk to you about something..." Chase began.

"What?" I asked getting concerned.

"No, it's nothing bad." He said noticing my facial expression.

"Babe, what is it?" I asked again.

"Would you ever want to move?" Chase asked.

"Like to a house?" I said, wondering if we had outgrown our apartment.

He shook his head. "To LA..." He replied.

I laughed. Neither of us said anything for a few seconds. "Oh, you're serious." I said, my face dropping.

"Mads, we don't start shooting season three for another year, or more. We don't really have anyone here or anything to do." He reasoned.

"What do you mean? My parents are here, we have friends, well I have friends..." I responded.

"My point exactly. I don't have anyone here, or anything to do." Chase rephrased.

"Chase, you know I don't like LA, I don't want to live there." I replied.

"Maddie, we're there so much. I feel like it makes the most sense. We're wasting all of our time flying back and forth for every event and gathering. Also, that's where we're gonna get more roles and jobs." He said.

I sighed. I could tell that this was turning into an argument, so I attempted to stop it before either one of us got upset.

"Chase, I'm really tired. Can we talk about this later?" I asked.

"Mads, you can't just bail every time a conversation gets difficult." He snapped back.

"Woah, relax!" I said startled by his attitude. "I just had a really long and overwhelming week, plus a 6 hour flight not even 20 minutes ago. I want to be able to talk about this with you when I'm not feeling cranky, because I can tell that this is about to be a fight." I finished.

"Ok, fine." He said while sighing and walking away entering the bathroom. I quickly followed Chase and stopped him before he could slam the bathroom door.

"Hey," I said while looking into his eyes. I wrapped my arms around his waist.

He exhaled deeply. "I'm sorry." He uttered. "I'm cranky too, I shouldn't of brought it up."

I hugged him tighter, and he hugged me back. "It's ok. Let's talk when we both feel up to it, ok?" I asked.

"Yeah. I'm gonna take a shower." Chase said. After leaving the bathroom doorway, I took off my clothes and got under the covers to take a nap.

I awoke to a knock on the door. Chase was fast asleep right next to me. I stood up and quickly put on a robe before walking over to the door. I was startled when I realized it was my parents in the doorway, I was expecting it to be a package or something.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked while tying the robe tighter around my waist.

"Did you forget? You and Chase invited us over for dinner a couple days ago. We haven't seen you in a while." My mom said.

"Shit." I whispered. I totally forgot. "I'm sorry, my brain is a mess, we just got in a couple hours ago. Come in." I said.

I let them inside the apartment and quickly tidied up the living room. My mom handed me a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs that she made and I set it on the counter.

"I'm sorry, I didn't make anything." I said.

"I figured, that's why I brought your favorite." She said while laughing.

"Is Chase here?" My dad asked.

"Yeah, let me get him. I'm gonna go change too. Be right back." I said.

I hurried into the bedroom and shook Chase awake. He groaned tiredly and slowly opened his eyes.

"What's wrong?" He asked quietly.

"Wake up, my parents are here, they brought dinner. Put some clothes on." I said.

"Oh fuck, I completely forgot." He replied while jumping out of bed. We both emerged from the bedroom a few minutes later looking more put together.

Chase greeted my parents as I got a bottle of wine out of the fridge.

"Sorry we're such messes. This week was chaotic." I said to my parents.

"How were all the interviews? We saw The Today Show one on tv!" My dad said. My parents would watch and read everything about me and the show, I could tell that they were proud.

"Maddie passed out right before we did that!" Chase blurted out while chuckling.

I shot him a look. I purposely didn't tell my parents that because I didn't want them to worry more than they were already worried.

"What?" My mom said as she walked over to me in the kitchen. "Are you ok? What happened?" She asked.

"Mom, I'm fine. I promise. I wasn't feeling great that morning." I said.

Chase mouthed sorry to me with a cheeky smile while my mom pulled me into a hug.

We all sat down to eat dinner. I missed this. I was surrounded by my favorite people, and everything was calm, especially my thoughts. All I heard was our laughter echoing through the apartment.

After my parents left, Chase and I were doing the dishes together quietly in the kitchen. Neither of us brought up the conversation we tried to have earlier about moving to LA. I was happy right now and I didn't want to ruin it.

Chase splashed water on my arm playfully.

"Hey!" I shouted. I splashed him back, and soon we were both very wet and very giggly.

I moved Chase's fast growing hair out of his eyes and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. He put his damp hands on my cheeks and kissed me back, harder this time. Quickly, our tongues became intertwined. Still kissing me, Chase pulled my shirt off, and I did the same with his. We made our way over to the couch where he pushed me down. I giggled and my face turned red. He straddled me and placed soft kisses on my chest.

"I love you." He whispered, out of breath.

"I love you more." I replied while kissing his neck. He ruffled my hair which was now messy and took off my underwear. I tightly grasped some locks of hair on the back of his head and breathed deeply as we began to have sex.
