Chase and Madelyn: A love story

Chapter 65

Madelyn's POV: 

"Hi baby." Chase said quietly. I turned my head to face his as I awoke and he kissed my lips.

"Hi." I replied with a smile.

He then moved the covers down and lifted up my shirt revealing my big bump. Chase kissed my lower stomach where the bump began.

"Hi babies." He whispered.

"You know you might have to stop calling me that. We're gonna have actual babies here soon." I said with a giggle.

"Nope, never. You're my baby." He replied.

I ran my fingers through his hair and kissed his cheek.

"You're cute." I said.

"You're cuter." He replied.

Chase and I were always extra lovey and flirty in the mornings, it was our thing.

"We should talk about names..." Chase proposed.

"We talked about that last night." I said confusedly.

"What? No we didn't, you fell asleep Mads." Chase responded.

"Oh really? I guess we had that conversation in my dream." I replied.

We both laughed.

"So what names did we decide on in your dream?" Chase joked.

"I don't remember actually." I said.

We both laughed again.

"Should we make a list?" I suggested. Chase agreed and retrieved a notepad and pen from downstairs. He joined me back in bed and snuggled next to me. 

He split the list into two sides, boys names and girls names.

"Ok, you start. What names do you like?" Chase asked.

"Hmmm..." I said while brainstorming. "I like James for a boy, and I like how it's technically your name too." I said. Chase's legal first name was James. 

Chase smiled. "What else?" He asked.

"Emerson? Theo? Quinn?" I recommended.

Chase nodded. "Those are cute." He said while scribbling those names on the boys side.

"Quinn could be for a girl too." I noted. Chase agreed and wrote it on the girls side as well.

"What about Sebastian? I feel like that's a badass name." Chase said.

"It's giving Little Mermaid." I joked.

Chase playfully slapped my arm. "Ok fine. What about Luca, or Wyatt?"

I agreed and he added those to the list.

I sighed. "There's so many girls names I like. This is gonna be hard." I said.

"I think Charlotte's nice. Or Hazel." He said.

"Those are both pretty. I like Maisie and Juliet." I added.

"Should we name the other one Romeo?" Chase teased.

"Shut up." I joked.

Chase updated the list and rubbed my belly.

"Well this is a good start. We can always add to it, and I know we'll be changing our minds constantly."

I nodded and began to get out of bed.

"No, don't move Mads." Chase said, putting his arm out in front of me.
