The next morning, I walk down stairs and saw everyone up.
Tobi: Yo (Y/N)! Your up late.
Tsubaki: No, she's up right on time. Irina is making breakfast.
Adam: Is it not wrong of us to abuse her hospitality?
Tobi: She insisted. I'm happy to have a safe zone while we try to get rid of that pyramid.
I looked around the living room and saw Ophani drinking tea.
Ophani: [I must say. This place is quite cozy.]
(Y/N): Huh? Hey! Where were you yesterday?
Tobi: Huh? Who?
Ophani: [I was just viewing the sights. Plus, this place has the best tea.]
(Y/N): Tea? What? Your having tea at a time like this?
Ophani: [Well, I'm not the one that's fighting. So I can take my time for now.]
Adam: Hey, I think (Y/N) lost it.
Irina: Now now everyone. Talking to yourself isn't weird. I'll have you know Ryuko did it quite alot.
Irina walked in front the kitchen.
Irina: Breakfast is almost ready. In the mean time, why don't we chat for a bit.
Tsubaki: Indeed. I wanted to ask you a few questions.
Irina: Well that's why I'm here~! So ask away!
Tsubaki: Well, I've read up on some of the past events surrounding Kuoh in It's early years. Before you were married, you were Irina Shidou correct?
Irina: My my! You really know your stuff! I'm impressed!
Tobi: Wait why do you know that?
Tsubaki: One of the many things I learned in my free time. Anyway, Irina, I want to ask you something.
Irina: Of course dear! I'll answer anything that-
Tsubaki: Do you ok now if I could meet Xenovia? Xenovia Matoi.
Huh? Matoi? Like dad?
She cut her off. Irina kept her closed eye smile for a little longer.
Irina: U-uhh....U-umm....A-at the moment, she's unavailable. S-she's out of town for a bit.
Tsubaki sighs and rubs her head.
Tsubaki: Really? Unfortunate. I was hoping she could teach me some sword techniques. I've heard she's really skilled.
I see Irina sweat a bit.
Irina: I'll go and check on breakfast. Just wait a sec everyone~.
She gets up and goes back into the kitchen.
(Y/N): ...I'm going to head out.
Toby: Huh? Don't you want to eat something first?
(Y/N): I'll probably get something while I'm out.
After saying that, I leave. I don't know why, but something just doesn't feel right. It's a feeling I can't quite pinpoint.
Ophani: [Got something on your mind?]
(Y/N): Kinda. I mostly want to just explore a bit more. I want to know more about what the hell the Pyramid is doing here.
Ophani: [Have you tried getting closer?]
(Y/N): Yeah, it it attacked me. Clearly it doesn't want to be approched.
Ophani: [Well, I don't know. But anyway, got a plan?]
