THIS IS THE THROWN OUT VERSION
But you may still read this as I will keep it up.
(Book 2 of "Living Clothing in a World full of Devils")
Many years have passed since the defeat of the Ruined King Viego. In that time, the small town of Kuo...
I pull the ribbon around my waist. It grows pink before it unwraps itself. It spins around my body as the rest of my clothes break apart and start taking a different shape. They wrap back around me as the appearance is different.

When the light toned down, the amazement from the crowd is known. But I keep my attention on Tsubaki. She rolls her eyes before preparing her sword.
Tsubaki: What? Expect something from me? You just changed your clothes. So what?
I chuckle before starting to walk closer to her.
(Y/N): This isn't just a change of clothes. These clothes are how I'm gonna win. It's simple really.
Tsubaki: You look ridiculous. Those shows are rotting your brain.
(Y/N): The only thing I see that's rotten is your attitude.
My walk turned into a sprint. Tsubaki in turn also sprinted at me. I covered my arm with energy so I can block her sword.
This wasn't a fight. It was a dance. Like two lovers trying to reignite a flame. A duel between old friend. A battle unfinished. A score unsettled.
I held out my hand and made a shield to block her. It broke the moment she made contact. I take some steps back, making shield after shield. With each one that broke, her sword started to gain a purple glow. As she went for another swing, I made a sphere of energy and held it against the blade.
Tsubaki: I must say. Your actual holding up well. But, don't take that as me being nice. I'm here to win.
(Y/N): Oh yeah. Well, I'm here to see you lose. But nobody likes the truth now do they?
I push against her blade harder. She loses her posture and I'm able to bring her arm away from me. I thrust the sphere into her chest as it released the condensed energy inside, blowing her away and into the arena wall. I wait for her to come out, but as the dust had cleared, she wasn't there.
But I already knew where she was. Before the battle started, I filled my shadow with a thin layer of energy. And when it broke from her step, I put up a shield behind me that blocked her swing. I turned and quickly kicked her away. Her eyes were widened before she went back to a stotic expression.
Tsubaki: ......
(Y/N): What's wrong Tsubaki~. Upset that I countered your Flying Thunder God Style?
That stotic look slowly became anger. But, she takes a deep breath and returning to her blank expression before pointing her sword at the ground. She stabbed the blade into the arena before twisting the handle and pull a dagger from it. It's handle was yellow and had some writing on it that I couldn't quite see.
Tsubaki: This has gone on long enough. This game is over.
(Y/N): Was it really a game? Because your being a sore loser right now.
Her calm persona slowly cracked as her hands were shaking.
Tsubaki: I'll make this loss quick.
She bites down on the handle of the dagger before vanishing. I slide one of my feet behind me as I wait for her to approach.
I feel her hit my barrier and I turn to attack, but she wasn't there. Then it got hit again. And again. And again.
The hits start to become too rapid to keep up with....but my barrier stays up. I'm not even trying to predict her....Is it.... My clothes?
The next time my barrier is hit, my energy wrapped around her wrist. She was as shocked as I am, but I recover quicker and swing her over my shoulder and slam her to the ground.
I swing her over my shoulder again, but she gets to her feet and struggles against my hold.
Tsubaki: Your becoming more of a pain the longer this goes on.
(Y/N): I'm not done yet. And things only get more interesting from here.
She managed to break from my grasp and blink away in a yellow flash. I grin before crouching down and covering my legs in my pink energy before dashing forward.
Then, in a flash, I enter Tsubaki's world.
As I enter, I cover my legs in energy.

I look around before Tsubaki appeared behind me.
Tsubaki: !? How....how are you here?! And how are you standing?
(Y/N): Simple. I'm just better in ever way.
She groaned before throwing her dagger on the....ground? Well it's water but it's solid and-
Tsubaki: I'm surprised that you even managed to copy my Flying Thunder God. You even followed me here on your first try. It took me years to even be able to stand in here, let alone be able to walk without breaking my legs. And it only took you seconds.
(Y/N): Guess you underestimated me too much.
Tsubaki: I'd say I underestimated you just the right amount. But, this ends here. I cannot lose to a Matoi.
She held out her hand as she summoned her blade. I smirked before covering my arms in energy.
(Y/N): Then let's have some fun.
I stand across from her as we stare eachother down. Then, in a flash, we're directly face to face. She swings her sword and I block with my arm before swinging in retaliation. We seem evenly matched. Neither one of us is letting up the pressure. I get a moment and jump over her, going for a cross slash with my arms. She just flash stepped away before flashing back twords me. I flash step behind her to get an opening. She held her sword behind her and blocked my hand and kicked me away.
That's when I saw it. A smile. Not a smirk. An actual smile.
....And I couldn't help but smile back.
She ran twords me, dragging her blade across the ground. I kept flash stepping away, getting space so I can make a ball of energy in my hand. As her sword dragged across the ground, it started to gather lightning. I kept making the energy ball bigger until it fit my whole palm.
I stopped back dashing and my feet slid across the ground. But I then as started dashing twords her. She raised her sword and thrusted it forward. I brought my energy ball from my side and trusted it forward as well.
When it touched her blade, giant sparks of yellow and pink lightning spread across the area. Neither one of us were letting up. Only one of us could win.
I can feel her blade slowly piercing my orb, but I keep pushing it forward. I struggle and struggle against the blade.
....But then....
My clothes return to their previous state. Then I see Tsubaki's sword break. Her eyes widen as my energy ball hits her chest. But her lightning then hits my chest.
My vision goes black as I feel my back hit a wall...
