Sanem leans on her hand, her eyes closing drowsily. Knocking on the table with the other, she opens them.
"I said I'm coming!" she snaps and clicks her tongue irritably.

It takes her a second then she snorts and laughs at herself before looking at the two cabins a few feet away.

One of them has a door that was opening as she looked over, the light inside turning on again.

Can steps outside a moment later, a large envelope in his hand. "Okay, I'm done." He looks at her. "We can go if you want."

Sanem stands after a minute of just watching him, stumbling over to him slightly. "But I'm not done." She walks past him into the cabin. She could fuzzily remember the record player from earlier, and smiles as she fingers through the box of vinyls. She finally picks one and puts it on, waiting for it to start playing.

Can sits down inside and watches her bending over the player, holding onto the side like she was trying not to fall over.

When she turns back around as the music starts, she smiles at him and lifts her arms. "Just listen to it..." she coos, humming along and swaying in place.

Can stares at her silently, leaned back in his chair. She really did have too much of that wine...

"Psst, you! Yes, you, evil king! Come here!" Sanem walks outside, still swaying, her hands outstretched.

Excuse me? "Evil king?"

"Yes, now come!" Sanem turns around in a circle and holds out her hands again. "You owe me a dance..."

Can sighs and nods, getting up with a sigh. "I guess I do." She nods, her eyes closed while swaying. "And of course, even drunk you remember," he adds quietly.

"I'm not drunk," she snorts and spins around. On the third spin, she crashes into him now right behind her and laughs. "Oops."

"Are you alright Sanem?" he checks, his hands barely touching her arms, just there in case she toppled.

Instead of answering his question, Sanem stares up at him and giggles, her tongue peeking out between her teeth.

He shakes his head and she lays hers down against his chest, her hands crawling up over his shirt. He puts his arms around her slowly, holding her to him and breathing through his nose alone while starting to move from one foot to the other in a slow dance in one spot.

"Every time you burn me with your flame, I turn into ashes, yet still I never want to part from you...I dedicate my life to you, you're the one I cannot do without."

Can looks down at Sanem, whose eyes are closed now, her hands tucked against his chest. He listens to the song she chose, and it's words resonate in a way he couldn't explain even if he tried so he chooses to just listen, closing his eyes and placing his chin on her head.

"I give you my heart, my shy sweet beauty, for the next thousand years. If I ever make you cry, in my own tears I drown, for the next thousand years."

"Sanem?" Can licks his dry lips and opens his eyes again, looking at the sky overhead. "Do you think we can talk?"

Sanem hums against his chest in answer, her face moving closer.

"You know this uh - " he swallows. Shit, once I tell her and she knows... what happens then? He hesitates a second, just looking at the top of her head, then decides to bite the bullet. "This albatross you're looking for?" Sanem doesn't answer. "It's me Sanem," he whispers next to her ear. "It's me."

"I gave you my heart, my shy sweet beauty, for the next thousand years."

Can smiles and shakes his head. I finally said it out loud...and it feels good to...
