Sanem creeps back into the dark kitchen, staying low under the counter. She couldn't leave. She had to make sure Can wasn't taken advantage of by this woman. At least they were far apart, so that was good...
Can looks at Arzu, thinking of how to let her down easy whilst not harming their chances for the remaining Dejan Candy ads with her.
"Arzu, I think we should go and sleep. You can stay up if you want but I'm going to bed. Okay?"
Arzu grabs onto his hands and he sighs. "Can I at least get a kiss to remember the great day we had?"
Sanem narrowed her eyes. "Don't let it happen...please..." Her eyes pop open when Arzu tilts her head up.
Can looks at Arzu's puckered lips and then he frowns. There was something wrong with her face. She was either very excited or hot because her cheeks, forehead and nose were turning red. He pulls back to get a better look. "Arzu, something's about you - "
"You finally notice!" she breathes. "I've been flirting for hours!" She smiles closing her eyes. "One kiss."
Err...this isn't normal... "Arzu, no - You're lips are - " He frowns at her swelling lips and reddening face.
"Just one Can..."
"Arzu, wait just a second," Can keeps pushing her away to have a look at her face. "What's happening... Arzu, it looks really bad, I think we should go to the hospital."
Arzu opens her eyes and then frowns. "What?"
"Your face is swollen."
Arzu's hands go up to her face, her neck, her lips and then her eyes widen. "Oh my God...my - " She covers herself with her hands. "My allergy! That wretched girl! She added strawberries to my juice!"
Can opens his mouth but Arzu turns away, holding one hand to her face and the other turning his away.
"Don't look at me Jan!"
"Arzu - "
"Don't look at me! I'm going to the hospital!" Arzu starts running, her heels clicking rapidly with Can staring after her.
Wow! He blinks, shaking his head as if to wake himself up. Is everyone just losing it? He exhales and then walks into the house through the backdoor.
Sanem smiles, happy that nothing happened and that Arzu ran away from Can. Until she sees him coming inside and she starts looking around for a hiding spot.
Ducking behind the fridge, she waits, her breath held as she listens for footsteps. When nothing else happens, she peeks around it, and then moves.
She sees the strawberries still on the counter and then picks up the bowl. She had to get rid of the evidence. She liked strawberries, so she decided to just take them with her in case he heard the fridge open or saw the light. Turning, she slowly tiptoes to the door.
"Sanem."
Sanem freezes when the light turns on, her face scewing up and her eyes closed. Damn it! She looks down at the bowl in her hands.
Can slap his legs lazily, whistling as he approaches her from the other side. He'd seen movement passing by the kitchen, and then saw Sanem trying to sneak out. He sighs, unsure what he was supposed to do now. He should be furious. He wasn't happy but he wasn't mad either.
Sanem turns and he looks at the bowl of strawberries for a second before he takes one and bites into it.
Sanem didn't know where to look. She was beyond embarrassed at being caught and afraid that this time she may have really went too far.
