Twenty minutes after Can and Sanem left her house, they pulled up in front of the restaurant. He opened her door and she thanked him politely.

Can felt strange. Since the moment he arrived at her house, her parents made him feel welcome. They gave him tea. They talked to him like he was just another neighbor - someone they've known for years - and it was amazing. He experienced what it must have felt like for her growing up in such a happy home. No wonder she was so eccentric and full of stories.

She had been quiet on the way to the restaurant though. Never really saying much. They just agreed from the go that they wouldn't talk too much about their relationship unless they had to.

They'd also unconsciously dressed the same. She was a pretty white dress, with billowy sleeves and a black belt tied around her middle with black heeled boots. She just needs a cowboy hat and a squaredance line. He himself wasn't far off the mark. He'd gone with dark jeans, a white T shirt, his favorite pendant and chain, a black open waistcoat and black boots. His hair was tied back into a bun out of his face and hers was clipped back out of hers.

He smiles at his own thoughts as they're led to the table where Fabri is waiting with his business partner, Mine.

"Ah! Here they are! Welcome welcome Mr Can, Miss Sanem."

"Thank you," Sanem says with a smile as Can pulls out her chair before sitting beside her himself.

Their waiter starts pouring wine, handing Fabri his first. "Thank you." Fabri lifts his glass immediately. "I want to raise the first glass in your honor. It's almost impossible to find such passionate love these days."

Sanem and Can look at each other. He lifts his brows quickly and winks at her slyly.

"Miss, may I pour for you?" The waiter asks, hovering at Sanem's side.

"No, she doesn't drink," Can answers for her. "It upsets her stomach."

"Really?" Fabri questions in surprise.

Sanem purses her lips. "Unfortunately I've found there are quite a lot of things that upset my stomach lately."

"A shame, it's a good year."

"Darling," Can leans over and rubs her shoulder with his thumb, pulling her attention away from Fabri, "how do you like the place?"

Sanem looks at his hand on her and her eyes lift to his. He waits for an answer and she smiles, looking at Fabri then back at him. "It's perfect, my love."

"Excellent," Can grins. "Excellent. I agree." He sits back, keeping his arm on the back of her chair.

"I wanted to ask earlier today at the office, but you seemed a bit busy," Fabri sips his wine. "Where did you two meet? If you don't mind me asking?"

"In Kayseri."

"In Paris."

They speak at the same time and look at each other at their different answers.

Shit, Can clenches his jaw.

Oops... Sanem's eyes widen in turn. They hadn't exactly talked details before hand and she was already way too nervous to lie well.

"Kayseri?" Can whispers under his breath.

"Paris," Fabri points at Can, who just looks at him. "Kayseri?" He next points at Sanem, who gulps and fists her hands in her lap. "Are they close together?" he asks Mine.

"Kayseri is here in Turkey."

"Oh," Fabri frowns.

Can looks from Fabri's confused expression to Sanem and back then snaps his fingers and chuckles, "How embarrassing, that's right! The first time was here yes. In Kayseri." He looks at Sanem again. "Right darling? Right." She nods quickly, pasting on a smile. "Would you like to tell them about that? Our first meeting here in Kayseri."
