Can was busy with his morning workout in the backyard when he is interrupted by Emre calling up to him where he was doing pullups in the tree.

"Good morning!"

Can keeps going.

"If you don't come down I swear I'm cutting this thing down when you go for your next run!"

"How'd your talk with Aylin go?" Can calls back, pulling himself up again.

Emre mutters something under his breath and Can snorts, shaking his head. "Will you just come down already? You're making me feel bad having to watch you do that!"

Can grins over his arm at him.

"I said come down!" Emre jumps up, grabs onto Can's foot when it comes down and pulls.

"Wait, wait, wait! I'm almost done!"

Emre stands back and Can chuckles at Emre's indistinguishable muttering, only interrupted when his ringtone sounds through the quiet backyard. He takes it out and checks the caller, giving Can the chance to get in a few more pullups.

"Yes Sanem?"

Wait...Sanem? Can looks down again over his shoulder at her name, hanging on the branch for a second longer before he drops down.

"How?" Emre suddenly demands after listening for a moment. "What happened?! How many people is it and where are they now?!"

Can stretches his arms out, rolling them back as he waits for Emre to finish, wondering what Sanem's telling him that's got him so upset.

"Okay, okay, tell her to calm down. I'm on my way." Emre hangs up and looks at Can, who shrugs in question. "I have to go to the office."

"The office? It's Sunday, there's no one there."

"Everyone's working overtime on Galina to make sure it's perfect for the second meeting tomorrow."

"Oh, that's good." Can nods. "Wait," he frowns, "what happened at yesterday's meeting? How did that go?"

"Weren't you listening last night?"

Can shrugs. If he was honest, he didn't remember much outside of the dream he had.

"Never mind," Emre sighs. "It wasn't good, I'll tell you that much. And it's just gotten worse."

"What do you mean it wasn't good?" He sent them everything for a successful first pitch, how did it not go well?

"You weren't there." Can purses his lips at Emre's tone. "Anyway," Emre waves it off. "Sanem says the most of the office seems to have gotten food poisoning from the chicken they had for lunch yesterday, so I'm going to go and deal with that." Emre turns, already walking towards the house.

"Hold on, wait, wait," Can calls out after him and Emre stops, turning around again. "Food poisoning? Are they in the hospital?"

"Relax, it doesn't sound too serious, they'll probably just get dialyses and be sent home after. They won't be able to come to work for a couple of days obviously but..." Emre shrugs and starts walking again. "I have to go. I'll see you later."

"You were speaking to Sanem just now? How does she know about it?"  Can asks and Emre stops, sighing.

"She's at the office."

Can nods then frowns. "Didn't Sanem resign? Why is she there?"

"I don't know, Can. Call her and ask."

Can sniffs and scratches his chin. Yeah... maybe not...

"Why are you so stuck on this girl and what she's doing?"
