"Please be careful, watch out for the cables and chairs. Slowly walk through to the other side."
Can looks over at Sanem leading the actor, Cemil, and his entourage, as well as the rest of the wardrobe department through his tent, nodding at them when they greet him.
"Our actors have arrived I see," the director comments as the group goes by and Can hums, his eyes still on Sanem's back.
"Over here Guliz!" Sanem calls when Guliz looks lost on her way over.
Guliz gives Can a sheepish wave when she passes him, and then walks over to Sanem quickly.
"Okay, listen up everyone, if there's anything that needs to be done or fixed before we start shooting, do it now because we're just about ready!" Sanem points at the cameras and set up, then turns to check Guliz and Cemil's outfits.
Can struggled to keep seeing her over the cameramen coming by then, so he had to crane his neck past Tahir, the director.
"We have to adjust this light over here, Sinen, get someone and do it so we can get it right." Tahir says, looking into the monitor in the middle with a frown.
"Okay."
"Wait," Can says, an idea popping up that would fix both the lighting problem and his own, making Sinen stop in her tracks and turn to him. "I'll take care of it," he assures Tahir when he looks at him in question. He picks up a megaphone and then clears his throat. Let's see how calm she's going to be with this little exercise. "Sanem!" he calls loudly into the mouthpiece.
Sanem starts and turns around, looking over at the tent.
"Can you come over here? It's very urgent." Sanem excuses herself quietly and he keeps his eyes on her. "Faster," he says when she walks too slow for his liking and she speeds up a bit. "Slow down, you're going to fall down." She shoots him a slight glare before slowing down, carefully stepping over the cables compliantly. "Thank you very much!" He clicks off the megaphone, holding it facing down while he waits.
"Hello," she greets Tahir when she enters the tent, and he nods in return. "I'm listening Mr Can?" she says when she's next to him.
"Sanem, do you see that yellow chair there?"
Sanem looks back over her shoulder at the area she'd just left when he points at it and then nods.
"Can you go and sit down in it please?"
Sanem turns back to him and then shakes her head. "I'm sorry, but I can't, Mr Can."
"Why?"
Sanem tries to tell him with her eyes that she could decide where she wanted to sit for herself but he just frowns and shrugs in question, pretending to be oblivious to her obvious rebellion while also trying not to grin.
"Is it your outfit?" he asks. Legs looks amazing in it by the way... "It looks fine," he waves a hand. "Just go and sit down."
Sanem glances at the others in the tent and back. She wanted to say something biting but she kept her tongue.
"Yes? Good. Come on, Sanem, we need your help with adjusting a light okay? Please Sanem?" Can blinks with a sweet smile and then drops it when she just stands there. "Go, and sit down," he says sternly with everyone watching them.
"Fine, I'll go and sit down but only because I feel like it." Sanem nods curtly and walks back to the chair.
Can grins, lifting the megaphone again. "Top operator, lift it higher! Yes, better!"
Sanem sits down, shifting in place.
"No, it's gone! Picture's gone dark, check the wiring!" Can looks at the monitor and leans closer as the set comes into view again. "It's back! Hold it there!"
