Star-Crossed Lover

Chapter 20

On a rainy day, Sarah was in bed sad as she couldn't go to her friends' house. As it continues to rain, she called her friends to invite them for a fun day with her. Her friends came to have a fun day with her.

They discussed boys and painted each other nails. They watched scary movies and ordered take-out food.  Suddenly, the real fun began when they started to play truth or dare.

"Hey girls do you girls want to play truth or dare?", she asks

"Sure why not", they said 

"Ok Mira truth or dare?", she asks

"Um dare", she said

"I dare you to prank call your mom", she said

"Ok gimme the phone", she said

She gave her the phone and dialed her mom's phone. She dialed the number to do the prank call and hung up quickly. A few seconds later, her mom called back and tried to see if it was a prank call from Mira.

"Your turn truth or dare", she said

"Truth", she said

"What's the biggest secret you've kept from your parents?", she asks

"It was when I snuck out to go see a concert", she said

"Wow, nice. My turn. truth or dare", she asks

"Dare", she said

"Eat a bite of a banana peel", she said 

As the game kept on going, she called some friends to come as well as ordered pizza and takeout. Most of her friends came already while they waited for the food. Half an hour later, the food came and they ate.

They stopped playing truth or dare and played music. Suddenly, two people fell and kissed. She ran into her room to hide as she was embarrassed.

"Are you ok?", she asked

"No I'm not ok", she said

"Do you want to talk about it with me?", she asked

"No I don't want to", she said

"Ok well ill go back to the party. Let me know if you need anything", she said 

"Ok I will", she said

She continued to party even tho she knew something was wrong. She got something for her to eat and knocked to give it to her. She took the snacks while watching tv.

"Can I come in?", she asked

"Uhh you don't have to", she said

"Are you sure?", she asked

"Yes but if you really want to come in then sure come in", she said

"So what are you watching?", she asked

"An action movie", she said

"Hmm tho I'm not a fan of action movies but ill watch it with you", she said

They watch the movie together while the party was still going on. The party became crazier as more people start to show up. There were those who going live on their phones and others blasting music. 

As time went by, the party became wilder as things started to fall break on the floor. She quickly got up and ran downstairs to see what broke. She was shocked to heartbroken as her precious figurines had broken and kicked everyone out of her house.

"My figurines are broken", she cried

"Come give me a hug", she said

"I can't get those back", she said

"How much did they cost?", she asked

"$3,000 or more", she said

"What?", she asked

"Yeah and that's all gone now", she said

"I think we can glue it back together", she said

"No we can't", she said

"I don't want you to get in trouble. You can go. I'll be fine", she said

"Are you sure?", she asked

"Yeah I'm sure", she said

She hugged her before leaving and left. She picked up the broken pieces and put it in a bag to throw away. She left the house uncleaned and went to bed sad.
