Chapter 17

Chelsea and Bonnie head up to the Salvatore boarding house together, knock and wait for someone to open the door.

After Chelsea and the other's found the moonstone Damon killed Mason Lockwood, called up Katherine and taunted her. Which lead to Jenna stabbing herself. Apparently, Katherine had gotten Jenna to stop taking her vervain tea a while ago and Jenna was Katherines spy.

"Hey...you guys came together." Caroline says in surprise when she sees the sister standing together.

"We talked." Bonnie states.

"And she listened." Chelsea continues causing Bonnie to roll her eyes good naturedly.

"Come on in." Caroline invites them into the house.

"I got Stefan's message." Bonnie says.

"Hey, you brought the grimoire, thank you." Stefan says when he spots Bonnie holding the grimoire.

"Umm." Chelsea points at Damon and Alaric who are going over a table full of weapons.

"What's going on?" Bonnie asks.

"We're gonna kill Katherine." Jeremy states as he walks by.

"I can explain." Stefan says.

"Please."

"We're gonna kill Katherine." Stefan repeats.

"Thank you so much for clearing that up." Chelsea says sarcastically.

"This works with compressed air. The trigger mechanism is up here. I have two of these in different sizes. For you I recommend this. It fits nicely under the jacket sleeve. You use the trigger when you're ready." Chelsea overhears Alaric explaining before he proceeds to demonstrate exactly how it works.

Everyone in the room looks at Alaric with shock.

"You wanted me to show you how to kill a vampire." He points out, uncomfortably.

Bonnie takes Stefan to the side of the room and Chelsea follows along.

"I know you love Elena, and you want to be with her but it's risky. Too many people could get hurt." Bonnie points out.

"Look, I want Elena back, yes but it's more than that. What Katherine did to Jenna it crossed the line. She has to be stopped before it happens again." Stefan explains.

"I don't know, Stefan." Bonnie says.

"Why don't we hear out their plan first before we decide. I mean you guys do have a plan right?" Chelsea asks.

"Katherine knows me, right? She knows that I'm not gonna try something in a crowd full of innocent people so that gives me and edge. I could catch her by surprise." Stefan informs.

"That doesn't sound like a plan, that sounds like a rough draft." Chelsea points out.

"I could do a spell to trap her, like the tomb spell." Bonnie states.

"Now that sounds like a plan." Chelsea agrees with her sister.

"Right. We can isolate her, away from others. Please Bonnie." Stefan pleads.

"Okay." Bonnie agrees.

After the group actually got together and flushed out the plan, they all stood together and talked about who is going to be where. It was decided that Alaric was going to be the person to keep Elena distracted. Chelsea pointed out that it would work better if both Jeremy and Alaric worked together but Jeremy said that he needed to be part of the plan especially after what Katherine did to Jenna.
