Chelsea has taken over Caroline's spot as the coordinator of school activities whilst Caroline is in hospital.
Which Is why she is no standing in the middle of what is usually the school parking lot, with a clip board in her hand, ordering people to do this and that.
"Katherine looked just like you, it was freakish." Bonnie tells Elena as they follow a stressed-out Chelsea around.
"She is my ancestor." Elena states before telling Chelsea, "I moved the student booth into the cafeteria like you asked.
"Thank you." Chelsea mutters as she looks down at her board and them to the booth in front of her. She feels like she's missing something.
"Your vampire ancestor and she didn't just resemble you like a family member would. She was you." Bonnie stressed her last sentence.
"I don't know, I can't explain it. It's creepy, that's all I got." Elena huffs.
"How do you know she's not still out there pretending to be you?" Bonnie asks.
"I don't but I could sit here and be tortured by the not knowing or I could get these prizes to the ring toss." Elena says as she shakes the prizes in her hand.
"You haven't done that yet?" Chelsea asks before looking over at Elena. Caroline will kill her if she finds out that something is out of place.
"I'm doing it now." Elena tells Chelsea in order to calm her down.
"Have you talked to Damon since he killed Jeremy or tried to kill Jeremy?" Bonnie inquires meaning that Elena can't go and do what she just promised Chelsea she would do.
"No Bonnie, I haven't, and I won't and I don't want to talk about Damon or anything else that's vampire related okay? I'm only human, and I have to do human stuff. Otherwise, I'm going to go crazy." Elena admits to Bonnie.
"Okay, I'm sorry, I'll focus. We have to make Caroline proud, or she will kill us. I don't know how she does all this. I mean look at Chelsea, her face is usually so smooth and now she has a stress pimple." Bonnie points out.
"Well because Caroline's not human, obviously." Elena jokes.
"Obviously." Bonnie laughs along.
"Elena, I really need you to get those prizes to the ring toss pronto and can either of you tell me what it is I'm forgetting. Because I'm definitely forgetting something, and I can't figure it out and it's killing me." Chelsea rambles.
"Don't you have a painting that you need to complete for art class?" Bonnie asks her sister, whose eyes widen.
"Crap. Here take this. You're in charge until I come back. Most of everything is done you just need to keep every booth in stock of prizes." Chelsea tells Bonnie as she shoves the clip board into her hands before running off in the direction of the art room.
#####
Chelsea is in the art classroom finishing up the painting that she will need to hand into her teacher. She adds a few streaks of yellow before stepping back and looking at her completed work.
There on the canvas are three eyes, three beautiful, slightly demonic eyes. Chelsea didn't completely realise what it was that she was painting until she had finished and stepped back to have a look. Standing in front of her was an eye made of red, orange and yellow. It looked like it was glowing as if fire was pulsing beneath the colours. She recognised it as her own eye when she was using her powers.
The next eye had a yellow iris that had s slight green tint with a black sclera, that made the yellow shine. And if Chelsea focused on underneath the eye, she could spot black veins emerging on the skin and dripping off the canvas.
