Chelsea is in a changing room trying on a deep red dress with an open back and loose fabric that laid delicately on her body, making her look slender and elegant. She felt confident and sexy. She was so happy she had pointed out that Rebekah would need some clothes if she wanted to blend in with the twenty first century. It meant that she was now in an expensive boutique trying on clothes that she would never be able to afford.

She hasn't walked out to show off any of the clothes that she has been trying on because while she may feel confident, when she is around Klaus all that confidence seems to get thrown out of the window. Then she ends up pretending to be confident, which he seems to be able to see through easily. It annoys her greatly.

"There has to be more to this dress." Rebekah yells out from her dressing room.

"There's not." Klaus replies from where he and Stefan are still sitting, drinking champagne.

Chelsea hears the fabric curtain that hides the interior of the changing rooms ruffle, indicating that Rebekah has left her changing room.

Well, time to act like the bad bitch I am, Chelsea thinks as she moves to open her curtain.

"So, women in the 21st century dress like prostitutes, then." Rebekah states just as Chelsea leaves her dressing room.

"By 1920's standards, sure. But by 21st century standards we look like to women confident with their bodies ready to take over the world." Chelsea says as she walks over to Rebekah to look at the mirrors set up.

"You know, I got dirty looks for wearing trousers." Rebekah huffs as she looks at Chelsea.

Before Chelsea can say anything Klaus suddenly speaks up, "You wore trousers so women today could wear nothing."

Chelsea turns round to glare at Klaus and finds him staring at her intently.

"Hm-mmm" Chelsea coughs making Klaus' eyes meet hers, he sends her a cheeky smile before his eyes travel back down her body taking in the fit of her dress.

"Your brother is a pig." Chelsea tells Rebekah making her laugh.

"They all are, imagine having to put up with them for centuries." Rebekah tells her. "What is with this music? It sounds like a cable car accident."

"It's dance music." Stefan informs from where he is sitting, looking bored.

"People dance to this?" Rebekah asks.

"Remind me to take you to a club sometime." Chelsea chuckles.

"Are we done?" Klaus interrupts.

"If you're bored please feel free to leave." Chelsea tells him.

"Agreed, why are you so grumpy?" Rebekah asks.

"I needed one thing from you for my witch to find out why my hybrids are dying, one thing. Your necklace. And you lost it." Klaus explains in annoyance.

"She didn't lose it." Chelsea stands up for Rebekah.

"Yeah, it's just been missing for 90 years." Rebekah states before turning to Stefan. "So, what do you think?"

"I like it." Stefan says in a tone that screams otherwise.

Rebekah's face changes, obviously annoyed and upset and Chelsea glares at the vampire.

"What I said I like it." Stefan repeats.

"I can always tell when you're lying, Stefan." Rebekah tells him before turning towards Chelsea and gesturing to her clothes.

"The dress is nice but doesn't really fit your body, how about you go back into the changing room, and I'll pick some stuff out for you. More everyday wear rather than night dresses." Chelsea says.
