Chapter 19: Road To Coumarine City!

*In a forest on the way to Coumarine City, by a lake, three days after last chapter*

Nash lays on the grass napping, Lucario naps against a tree. Swampert and Froakie swim in the water. Grovyle trains by jumping from one tree to the next. Pupitar sunbathes with its eyes closed with Chestnaught rolled up into a ball next to it. Carmin and Buck look at them all with their Pokémon

Carmin: Think they'll wake up anytime soon?

Buck: This is Nash we're talking about.....I highly doubt he'll wake up unless there's food cooking.

Nash sits up not even a moment later

Nash: Food?

Carmin: Idiot! Is food the only thing that goes through your head?!

Nash: Nope.

Carmin: Other then food and battling does anything else cross your mind?!

Nash: Ummmmmmmmmmm......no?

Carmin: Why do I even ask?

Froakie and Swampert laugh at Carmin from the water, making a vien buldge from her forehead

Carmin: Pancham....use Stone Edge on them.

Pancham punches the ground and stones rise out of the water, hitting both Swampert and Froakie out and onto the grass. They groan for a moment then start laughing again

Buck: I don't think they're afraid of you.

Carmin: Quit laughing or I'll give Chestnaught your lunches!

They stop laughing instantly then jump back into the water

Nash: That was a little harsh.

Buck: Yeah even for you Carmin.

Carmin: Shouldn't have been laughing at me then.

Chestnaught unrolls and yawns, Pupitar opens its eyes and looks around

Buck: I've always wondered how a Pupitar moves without arms or legs.

Nash: I'm pretty sure they just bounce around until they evolve.

Buck starts preparing bowls of Pokémon food then sets the bowls on the grass

Buck: Come and get it everyone! Lunch time!

Swampert and Froakie swim out the water and get to two bowls, Chestnaught sits next to Swampert, Lucario wakes up and sits next to Froakie. Pupitar bounces over to the bowl next to Lucario's. Pancham starts eating with Fennekin. Mankey, Honedge, and Squirtle start eating. Grovyle no where to be found

Nash: Wait where's Grovyle?

Carmin: I could've sworn it was around here.

Buck: Last I saw it, it was jumping around in the trees.

Nash: Grovyle! Come over here! It's lunch time!

They look around again to see if Grovyle is coming and don't see it

Buck: Let's go looking for it.

Nash: Yeah.....lunch is gonna have to wait everyone.

Nash's Pokémon groan and stand up then go into the forest and split up, Pupitar stays infront of its bowl and stares at it

Carmin: I feel bad for Pupitar. Shouldn't we follow at least one of them?

Nash: I'll go with Froakie. Wait up!

Nash runs to where Froakie was hopping and catches up with it. Carmin and Buck go their own way in the forest with their own Pokémon. They search the area for a good two hours and Lucario throws an Aura Sphere into the air, then another one into the Aura Sphere in the air, causing the two spheres to blow up and signal everyone Grovyle has been found, everyone meets up at where Lucario threw the Aura Spheres and watch Grovyle stand on a flat rock in a lake with a waterfall from the bushes. Many Ursaring unconscious on the grass outside of the lake
