Chapter 52: Town Saving!

*In the Winter Fang mansion, two days after last chapter*

Nash lays down on a couch in the living room with Lucario snoring one of the reclining chairs with its feet up on the foot rest. Shun standing next to the couch Nash is sleeping on while Katsuo and Delta stand on the other side of the room under the TV, looking at their captain

Shun: All right, you two are coming with me on a job to Unova.

Katsuo: Excuse me?

Delta: Huh?

Shun: This job is a seven star one, and it's also to get you two more in the field.

Katsuo: But I have been in the field.

Delta: Yeah so have I.

Shun: Katsuo, you've been doing more three to five star jobs. Delta, yeah you kinda have been. Going to Area Zero once in awhile in small groups. But it's also good to get out and do jobs from the board.

Delta: Aww... but does it have to be Unova? I was planning to go shopping with Kana and Sabina.

Katsuo: And I was going to train with Naofumi.

Shun: So far the only ones who have been leaving Paldea for jobs are Nash, Yuya, and I. Me and Nash first went to Galar. Then he and Yuya went to Johto. Now it's your guys turn. Also I'll pay for lunch, and hotel rooms.

Delta: Should've started with that. I'll pack my bags.

Shun: Bag. Not bags. We're only staying for two days so pack just your backpack.

Delta: Fine.

Delta heads for the stairs and walks up them to her room

Katsuo: So what is this job anyway?

Shun: A bunch of wild Haxorus have been going crazy by a small town near Opelucid City. We just gotta scare them off. Plus this gives me the chance to catch a Haxorus for myself.

Katsuo: Oh so you just need our help with finding the strongest Haxorus for you, huh?

Shun: Right on the dot.

Katsuo: You couldn't have taken Nash with you? Ya know the Vice Captain and the teams number two?

Shun looks down at Nash who snores loudly then back at Katsuo

Shun: Let him rest. Also right now you and Delta are the only ones available with Pokémon that strong against Dragon Types since Sabina is out with Naofumi, and Yuya telling Sypha what they want for the renovations.

Katsuo: Hmph.

Shun: Don't hmph me.

*In Unova a day later. Opelucid City*

Shun, Delta, and Katsuo leave the airport and start walking down the sidewalk for several hours until they are out of the city and making their way to the area that job request mentioned

Delta: So just how far is the area?

Shun: A couple miles, just gotta keep following this path then make a right directly into the forest once we see a red flag. Or once we hear roaring follow it.

They come across a sign with an X and make a right directly into the forest. They see a Haxorus from a small Pecha Berry tree

Katsuo: You could catch this one.

Shun: Nah it seems to calm.

The Haxorus turns around and sees them, blinking twice before stomping its foot on the ground and roaring

Delta: Still think it's to calm?

Shun: Nope. Katsuo, you're up.

Shun pushes Katsuo forward then steps to the side with Delta, Katsuo looking at them shocked
