Chapter 44: Seven Star Job!

*At the job board in Naranja Academy*

Shun stares at the seven star jobs looking for the highest paying one, Yuya standing next to him

Yuya: You gonna pick one or should I pick one for you?

Shun: Hang on, hang on. I'm trying to find one with a strong wild Pokémon to catch. All the ones I see here are just for deliveries, protecting people making deliveriers.

Yuya: Most seven star jobs are. The others involve going to Area Zero to get a certain item, but those types of jobs can be found in the thirty and below floors.

Shun: Ugh! I just want to catch a strong Pokémon and make some money to help renovate the base! It's smelt like horrible colone since we got there.

Yuya: Also you and Nash need to get more Pokémon before the regional battles begin for the International Championships.

Shun: I know. Wait what about you, Naofumi, and Sabina?

Yuya: Hm? Oh yeah you would ask that. The rest of my Pokémon are at my families farm in Dusk Town in Oblivia. Naofumi is ranked second in Paldea, so he definitely has more Pokémon then just Ceruledge and Kilowattrel. Sabina probably has her other Pokémon at her home.

Shun: Oh right...

Yuya: I don't understand why you and Nash just don't use your other Pokémon from back home.

Shun: How would that be any fun? Point of a new adventure is to use a new team of Pokémon as well.

Yuya: I see. I guess I've never thought about it. How does this job look? "Deliver Pokémon Eggs from a Pokémon Daycare to a Pokémon Center by sun down. Payment is fifty thousand Pokédollars."

Shun: Nah delivery sounds boring.

Yuya: But if we do that then we may encounter strong Pokémon you can catch.

Shun takes the flier and smiles at it

Shun: Sounds good to me then!

Naofumi walks over to the job board and takes three six star job fliers

Yuya: Hey Naofumi, you wanna help us deliver some Pokémon eggs?

Naofumi: Nah, I'm good. Besides I'll be busy doing these jobs.

Shun: Three in one day?

Naofumi: Renovations, groceries, bills. Work out equipment.

Yuya: All right then, good luck.

Naofumi walks to the receptionist counter and Shun looks at the other jobs

Yuya: Since Daniel's announcement everyone has been doing a lot more jobs and training. The track field on the roof is completely packed too.

Shun: They all wanna win. Just like we do.

Yuya: How do you think training is going for Nash and the others?

Shun: No clue.

*On the battlefield at the Winter Fang mansion*

Nash, Lucario, Floragato, and Wereyena sit on the battlefield with their legs crossed. Kana and Urshifu sitting infront of them with their eyes closed

Nash: This is so boring.

Kana: Zen training is good for the mind and body.

Nash: How?!

Kana grabs Nash by the ear and pulls his face closer to her, Kana glares at him and Nash shakes
