*At the hotel battlefield, two days after chapter*

Nash stands on the battlefield looking at Asuka and Shun, Asuka using Garchomp, and Shun using Noivern. Carmin and Buck to the side with Tyranitar, Sceptile, Charizard, and Chesnaught. Nash using Swampert and Lucario

Nash: Swampert use Ice Punch on Noivern! Lucario use Meteor Mash on Garchomp!

Lucario and Swampert run to their targets with their fists glowing

Asuka: Use Dragon Claw and block that Ice Punch!

Shun: Use Dragon Claw as well and block that Meteor Mash!

Noivern and Garchomp switch spots and meet their claws with their opponents fists

Nash: Now Swampert use Hydro Pump on Noivern!

Swampert looks to the right and fires Hydro Pump, hitting Noivern in the face and pushing it away from Lucario

Nash: Now Lucario, Close Combat on Garchomp!

Lucario jumps and kicks Garchomp in the face, knocking it into a wall to the left

Shun: C'mon man, give us a break. We've been at this since yesterday.

Asuka: Yeah, please.

Nash: Can't! Our match is tonight, and I we need all the training we can get. I won't lose to Damien. I won't!

Shun: Dude, chill.

???: They're right. You should take it easy. At least for now.

They all look to the side and see Luka with his hands in his pockets

Nash: Luka.

Luka: And one more person.

Grace comes out from behind Luka and smiles at Nash

Nash: Grace!

Grace: Hey baby bro!

Shun blush softly seeing Grace and straightens his clothes up, Asuka looks at him and smirks

Shun: What?

Asuka: And you were telling Carmin to calm down when she saw your uncle.

Shun: That's completely different and I have no ide what you're talking about now.

Asuka: Uh huh. Sure.

Grace runs over to Asuka and laughs

Grace: Look at you! You really grew into a power house!

Asuka: Yeah, yeah.

Grace: Now c'mon baby brother. You gotta relax! This is a big day for you and your Pokémon.

Nash: Yeah I know but after seeing Luka and Damiens battle, I didn't know Damien was that strong. I don't wanna lose.

Luka: That's apart of battling. Winning and losing are significant.

Asuka and Shun get their Pokémon in their Pokéballs and step off to the side. Luka stands next to Grace

Shun: Also, you said the other day you saw my uncle training with his Pokémon. That doesn't mean he'll use the ones you saw.

Nash: What's that mean?

Carmin: Damien has been to lots of places. That means he may have other Pokémon we haven't seen.

Buck: And in every battle he's been in until the semifinals he's only used Gallade to win.

Nash: Oh right.

Luka lets out Sandslash, and Grace lets out Grapploct

Sandslash: Slash!

Asuka: Whoa cool, an Alolan Sandslash.
