Itzel never trusted this trader, so she proposed to prepare a trap for him. She wanted to prove to everyone that she was right. She wanted to catch Serrano in the act, so she planned everything carefully and from what she saw, Mauricio had swallowed the hook and was about to fall into a trap from which he couldn't save himself.

"So you're leaving on Wednesday, huh?" Serrano asked, glancing at Narin. "New York, huh? " He smiled.

"Yeah, I'll do my job. I just hope this Billy guy doesn't get in my way. " She said then sighed. "I'm going to pack." She left the trader alone.

"Mm..." He nodded in deep thought. "Perfect. " He smiled to himself. "So be it." He left the room and dialed the number of the policeman he was supposed to help. "Yes, it's me. Everything goes according to plan. "

The day has finally come.

Mauricio was sitting in a nearby cafe, at a table, outside and sipping coffee so he could discreetly watch all the action that was about to take place.

A group of policemen was ready to capture Narin Vazquez. People were disguised in civilian clothes and set up in appropriate places in the courtyard.

"Are you sure? " The police officer asked Mauricio. "Here? "She said which made the brunet laugh softly.

"Of course. " He said, shifting himself in his chair. "It's as I say, not otherwise." The sly smile still never left his face. "It's going to happen... " He drank his coffee proudly.

It was four o'clock and a woman dressed in black appeared in the courtyard. She was carrying the valise beside her, followed closely by the other man she was supposed to protect. Serrano watched as the cops lurked to catch the woman.

Mauricio knew Narin inside out. He knew where and when she was, and more importantly, when she was alone and vulnerable. The police paid him a big sum of money for some information.

"So... " Brunet sighed with a smile. "That's it. " He said as the police attacked the right person.

The trader got up on his feet and wanted to leave, when suddenly he felt someone grab him from behind and put a gun to his head.

"You can't run away now. "Itzel growled at him, which surprised him greatly. "I'll kill you, damn traitor!"

"Traitor? " Brunet chuckled. "What are you talking about? " He didn't care at all that the black woman was threatening him with a gun.

The first shots were fired as they spoke.

"Narin! " Martinez called out in fright, but fell silent as she saw the cops start dropping dead, one by one. It took her completely by surprise and baffled her.

"Ah, Itzel, Itzel..." Mauricio shook his head. "You dummy. " He moved away from her, then took his gun from his belt and walked over to the people who surrounded the policemen.

In an instant, the trap that was supposed to bring success to the police brought the opposite effect. The woman in black wasn't Narin at all, but one of the people who often helped Serrano and his friend when they had to clean up, in this case, the policemen. People called them 'limpiadores' which meant 'cleaners'. It was a group of people who organized actions to get rid of witnesses, bodies and helped when the police wanted to threaten someone in their industry.

"Y-you..." The barely alive policewoman hissed and raised her hand towards Mauricio, who was just laughing at her.

Serrano crouched in front of the dying woman.

"Surprised? " He smiled sinisterly at her. "Did you really think I'd betray Narin for a few thousand of your measly money?" He snorted. "I don't need the money, I make good money on my own." He shook his head.
