Narin saw the whole event as if in slow motion, but her reaction was one and clear.

Rage.

"No!!" She screamed seeing the shot and how her friend's body flew to the other side. "Mauricio!! " She screamed at the top of her lungs with a broken voice.

In an instant, her great despair turned into immense frustration, anger.

Narin confidently aimed the blade at Banou's neck and nearly slit her throat, only one fact stopped her. Sadik Reis shot into her hand, and the assassin dropped the weapon from her wounded hand. Arda's daughter fell to her knees as Vazquez, despite her pain, attacked the soldier.

Her rage grew with each passing moment, and the blows she dealt to her opponent began to weaken him. The mulatto didn't pay attention to how serious her wound was, even though her hand was literally shot through. The woman ignored the pain and pounded Arda with her fists.

The poison took effect and Sadik Reis had no strength to defend himself.

Narin grabbed his head and, with all her strength, slammed it against the wall, and then repeated it several times until large bloodstains began to appear on the wall and on the soldier's head.

Barely alive military only after some time, he found the strength to push the assassin away.

However, she didn't give up. She quickly got up and fixed her murderous gaze on the opponent.

Narin was panting from exhaustion, and the pain from her wounds gave her a painful sign, but she tried to continue to ignore it. Rage had taken over her completely, and now she focused only on it.

This guy shot a man close to her in front of her eyes. The fact that she didn't react in time made her even more nervous. She felt guilty, frustrated that she had failed to protect Mauricio.

She wanted to scream and cry and curse the culprits as well as herself for not being able to prevent it.

"Te mataré (I'll kill you)" She hissed through her teeth, and the first tear fell from her left eye, blurring the blood on her face even more. "Te mataré... Te mataré! Te mataré! Te mataré!" She screamed.

Arda saw her fury. Looking at Narin's current state, he felt like he was looking at a ticking time bomb that had just exploded. He had never seen so much rage and murder in his eyes before. He thought he could only see something like this in war, but he was wrong. Now, looking at this assassin, he saw the monster he himself had awakened.

Vazquez attacked him again, and he managed to defend himself with great difficulty. He blocked the mulatto's blow, but she immediately inflicted another and another. She didn't care about her condition or pain, she just kept pushing. She wanted to kill Arda. And with the soldier's state, she might've succeeded. Sadik Reis, however, had no intention of losing this fight. He knew that if he lost, Narin would also kill his daughter, and he couldn't let that happen.

The poison made it difficult for him to move, and he was running out of oxygen with every passing moment. The man grew weaker and Narin grew stronger through her rage and adrenaline.

The military man was looking for help and found the only way out of this situation. He decided to take advantage of it. The moment the mulatto attacked him again, he grabbed her waist and with the last remnants of his strength, pushed her out the window. The glass shattered with a huge bang, and Vazquez flew through it and down to the bottom, having a hard encounter with the ground and the broken glass that pierced her arms, legs, stomach.

Arda peered through the broken window to make sure he had paralyse the assassin down. Only then he fall to his knees, and a crying Banou ran to him and rested his head on her lap.
