DADA CLASS-15 MINUTES LATER

EVELYN'S POV

I was still working on my essay when I saw Erik and a friend of his walking toward me. They stopped in front of my desk and greeted me.

"Hey Evelyn." Erik said, smiling.

"Hey Erik...Hey Erik's friend.." I looked at the other guy.

"Hello cutie." The other boy smirked.

He was tall and had black hair. Small strands fell close to his eyes. His arm muscles were very visible as his thin shirt outlined them. His tie was green. My eyes grew wide as I noticed the tie.

He kinda looks like a young version of Severus.

"Did you need something, Erik?" I asked, looking away from his friend.

"Not really..my friend wanted to talk to you for a moment. His name's Zachery, Zachery Cole." Erik responded.

I looked towards Zachery. He had a smug look on his face, his eyes green. I felt flushed and looked down. I felt his hand go under my chin and lifted my eyes to his.

"Such beauty she is.." Zachery said.

I pulled away from his hand and furrowed my eyebrows. I saw Erik leave back to his desk. Zachery planted his hands on my desk and moved closer.

REMUS'S POV

I was reading an essay and looked up a bit to see Zachery in front of Evelyn's desk. At first I thought they were conversating but then his hand touched her. I squinted my eyes and saw her move away from his touch. I got up to go over there but there was a knock at the door. I walked over to the door and opened it.

"Severus? Can I help you?" I asked, confused.

"Yes. I have brought you the Wolfsbane potion." He said quietly.

"I bought a couple. In case I am not available to make one in a time of need." He added.

"Great, thanks. You can place them on my desk there." I replied.

He nodded and made his way to my desk. I closed the door and walked back to my desk. He set the small box on the desk and stood on the side of my desk.

"So, is that ever-" I started but stopped once I saw his gaze locked on Evelyn.

Shit.

"What are THEY doing?!" Severus whispered loudly.

"I-Severus control yourself..you are in front of students.." I moved in front of him.

EVELYN'S POV

I felt his hand go under my chin again and this time his thumb rubbed against my bottom lip.

"Such beautiful lips.." He smirked.

I wanted to cry. I felt helpless. I felt alone. Severus wasn't here to save me.

"Cole!" I heard someone yell.

My eyes were still closed but I felt his hand move away from me. I opened my eyes and saw him. Severus. My prince was here.

"Outside now. White you too." He looked angry. Furious.

I saw Zachery make his way outside and I stood up. Remus was talking to Severus. Looked like reasoning. I walked towards the door slowly. I felt everyone's eyes on me. Once outside I saw Zachery was standing against the wall. I stood far from him and waited for Severus to walk out. Soon Severus walked out and stood in front of us.

"What was going on in there, Mr. Cole?! You disgust me. You are lucky you are in my house or else I would've taken the pleasure of taking all your house points. You know better than to be showing sexual desire in a classroom! Detention to you," He said and turned to look at me, his eyes filled with anger.

"And your little girlfriend as well." He didn't seem to be kidding.

"But sir, I wasn't showing 'sexual desire'. I was just showing my girlfriend," Zachery moved closer to me and grabbed my hand.

"Affection. I was being a gentleman." He smirked.

I moved my hand away from him and looked at Severus. He looked irritated, he clenched his fists and stared at me.

"Detention with Mcgonagall for a week after dinner and don't be late, Cole." He looked at him. Zachery groaned and rolled his eyes.

"Now leave for your next class before I make it a month!" Severus yelled. Zachery quickly walked away, turning the corner of the corridor.

His eyes fell on me quickly after making sure Cole was gone.

"What the hell was happening in there?!" He asked.

"What..what do you mean.." My breathing was shaky.

"Is he your actual boyfriend? I wouldn't be surprised if he is. You know if you wanted to date someone your age, you could have just told me. It would have been better than seeing it like this. Do you like him? Is he better than me?! Is he?!" Severus was yelling. I could see his eyes filled with sadness and anger.

"I..no.." I couldn't breathe.

"He is, isn't he?" He huffed and turned to walk away.

"You have detention with me for a month, Miss White."

"Severus.." I tried to move closer.

"It's Professor Snape to you." He turned around quickly and began walking away.

"What happened to staying by my side!.." I yelled.

Severus stopped but only looked down and kept walking.

I stood there, my heart broken, my head spinning.

The bell rang and everyone began walking out of the classroom. Everyone was staring and muttering things. I slowly made my way back inside Remus's classroom. He was sitting at his desk and looked up at me. I closed the door behind me and stood there, feeling tears stream down my cheeks.

Remus got up quickly and walked towards me. He hugged me tightly and rested his chin on my head. I began crying into his chest, uncontrollably.

"Hey, it's ok Evelyn. I'm here." He whispered.
