Summary: In this ending, Reader will ally herself with the Meta Liberation Army.

This is the final ending to be published. Thank you all for sticking around so long!

You sighed at the hopelessness of your situation. You had inevitably fallen into Overhaul's trap and were stuck in the Shie Hassaikai's residence without any freedom; the clothes you wore, the meals you ate, and the people you had meetings with were all monitored. Escaping seemed impossible and asking help from the League of Villains didn't seem like a viable option either. You didn't trust them.

As painful as it was to even think about what Eri had to suffer, you shouldn't do anything rash or careless. You had to look out for opportunities and carefully plan it out.

For now, it was back to work and focusing on reestablishing your reputation in the office. You had a meeting with your board members today and needed to be attentive and participant to earn back their respect after you had a breakdown in front of the whole world. Your eyes shifted towards your vice president who was currently speaking out a suggestion.

Yotsubashi's personal information remained ever so elusive to obtain. Given how wealthy he was, he must have excellent security, making it nearly impossible to dig out anything substantial about him. It was almost as if he had a specialized group protecting him, similar to how the Shie Hassaikai was guarding you.

From what little was gathered, detnerat was still a fairly new company but he had been running different businesses before that since he was a young man. That begs the question, where did he get the money from to start those? How could he have accumulated that much money since he was young, unless that wealth was inherited or given? But nothing could be found about his family either. Just who was this man? Considering that a number of Shie Hassaikai members mysteriously disappeared just by investigating him, meant that he had to be hiding something.

His eyes suddenly met yours and you smiled at him, focusing back at the topic at hand, not wanting to seem as though you were staring. You decided that you should try to get to know him and maybe you'll find out something directly from him. Who knows, he could be a potential ally or enemy, but it's always wise to make connections especially if he could eventually turn out to be useful. Plus, it would be good for your board members to see you get along with your vice president this time.

Several hours after the meeting, you summoned Yotsubatshi to your office. There wasn't anything you could think of that could potentially make him open up to you, except for the 'Meta Liberation War' autobiography which the yakuza found in his locker, and you decided to purchase your own copy. The idea of a complete liberation of quirks seemed like a radical ideology of freedom and anarchy, and you wondered why Yotsubashi owned this book. In fact, he owned more than just one copy. He must be either a big fan of Destro or this may be even related to the rumoured cult he was allegedly associated with. You placed the book on the edge of your desk and hopefully it would instigate a reaction or even a conversation.

The door knocked and you rushed to let your vice president in.

"You called for me, ma'am?"

"Yes, I'm sorry for asking you to come visit my office out of the blue, Mr, Yotsubashi. I hope I didn't interrupt anything?

"Of course not, ma'am. And please, there's no need to be so formal with me, you are my superior after all."

"Still, the things I heard you've achieved are nothing short of amazing and considering you've been in this industry longer than I have, there's a lot that I could learn from you." You flattered him.
