Chapter 8

It's been a week after you had dinner at the Shie Hassaikai's hideout. They have proved themselves to be extremely efficient and the blackmail of the video game company CEO was successful as he agreed to sell all of your assets to you. Just a few more legal proceedings and that company was yours.

They had also been regularly updating you on Kusumoto's movement through reports and pictures but aside from playing golf with a few shady people, there wasn't really anything incriminating that you could use to get him fired. Maybe he was a clean guy? That would explain why he sucked as a CEO but who knows. Time will tell.

The burglar hasn't been caught yet but there was no need to rush yet. Looks like this really was a good decision and you assigned a few more jobs to them. If they keep it up you would consider giving them a raise. In addition to that, there always were members from the Shie Hassaikai guarding your place so you didn't have to worry about hiring a bodyguard for now.

You were taking a nice shower after a long day as you were lost in thought. Just as you shampooed your hair, Ada's voice boomed through the speaker.

"Chisaki Kai, also known as Overhaul, has requested permission to enter." What was he doing here this late?

"Let him in and give him access to my room."

You hurried to wash off all the shampoo from your hair. He probably messaged you before coming here but you had forgotten to check your phone again. After washing everything off, you exited the shower and quickly dried yourself off only to realize you forgot to bring clothes to the bathroom. Damnit, why did you let him enter your room?

You could call your robots to bring you clothes but that would take time and they might even pick up something atrocious for you to wear. Screw it. You wrapped yourself in a towel and entered your room. Sure enough, he was sitting in your armchair, watching the fishes in your aquarium. His eyes tore away from them when he heard the door open and saw you rush inside.

"Sorry, I'll be right with you. Feel free to use any of the gadgets around in the meantime." You flashed him a nervous smile as you rushed past him to your wardrobe, looking for something to wear. Your newest robot Kiwi was also there arranging your clothes. As you searched for underwear, you noticed that none of the panties and bras matched each other. It annoyed you to see things out of order. Wearing different colored underwear was like wearing different colored socks and it wasn't a very cool thing to do.

"Kiwi." You called out to your bot in a whisper and lowered its volume to minimum. You didn't need to have Overhaul hear you talk about underwear with your bot. "Why is none of the underwear in pairs?"

"Ma'am, I have all arranged them according to color groups."

"Don't focus on the colors, focus on the matching designs." You instructed. This bot was still new and had a lot to learn. You grabbed a random pair and sat on the nearest chair to put them on.

"Understood. Will search for matching bra of panty HEX color #8B008B immediately." Kiwi wheeled out of the room. 

You watched your bot leave when you noticed golden orbs following the movement of your hands as you pulled your panties over your knees. You stopped, surprised he was watching you and even more surprised at yourself for facing his way. Should you bashfully excuse yourself and face the other way or just hurry and get over with it? Surely, he must be sick of waiting already. 

The way his eyes so intensely stared at your hands, as if almost anticipating something made you nervous and you pulled the panties to your thigh much slower than you intended to. Oh no, now it looked like you were actually trying to seduce him. Get a grip of yourself, come on...
