Kenny was lying on his bed, feeling confused. Butters wanted him to "talk nicely" to his parents? Even after all the pain they had caused him, Butters still wished for Kenny to speak kindly to them. "God, they really don't deserve Butters," Kenny mumbled, sighing as he closed his eyes. "Butters... he's so cute. I wish I had a picture of him."

Suddenly, Kenny's eyes shot open. "I do!" he exclaimed, jumping up and rushing to his messy desk. He rummaged through his stuff, he never threw away old school items to avoid wasting anything. Among the clutter, he found a worn yearbook. Kenny flipped through the pages, his eyes finally resting on a picture of Butters, his innocent smile radiating from the page.

With scissors in hand, Kenny carefully cut out Butters's picture. He thought of how photogenic Butters was, even in moments when he got in trouble. Kenny remembered that day, he had managed to put his butt where his face was supposed to be in his hood, and no teacher had noticed. It was a memory that made him chuckle.

Kenny gazed at Butters's picture, finding him adorable. But he knew Butters's parents didn't see it that way. They thought his face was ugly, forcing him to wear a bag over his head. Kenny womdered, "If they're like this in front of company, what do they do to him when they're alone?" Kenny's mind raced with worry, his thoughts spiraling into dark possibilities.

Panicked, Kenny rushed to his closet and grabbed his superhero suit. He put it on before leaping out of his window. The cold South Park air against his skin offered some relief from the tension that gripped him.

Landing near Butters's house, Kenny hide in the shadows, surveying the surroundings. He had to be careful and find a way to gather evidence without putting Butters in more danger. Kenny's heart pounded in his chest as he thought about his next move. He knew he couldn't back down now; he had to be Butters's hero, to bring an end to the abuse.

He carefully climbed the wall up to Butters's parents' window. It was unlocked, 'Perfect.' he thought.

He opened the window and jumped in. Butters's dad was reading a newspaper, and Butter's mom was doing a word puzzle. But everything came to a stop as Kenny walked over.

Butter's dad jumped up, startled. "Who are-wait..Mysterion!? What are you doing here and how did you get in!?"

Kenny put his hands up, trying to calm the situation. "Calm down. I'm not here to hurt you. I was told not to."

Butters's parents stared at Kenny in shock and confusion, clearly taken aback by his sudden appearance. Kenny's heart raced as he felt the weight of the situation, but he knew he had to stay composed to gain their trust. He took a deep breath and carefully chose his words.

"I know this might seem strange, but I'm a friend of Butters," Kenny explained, his voice calm and gentle, "He wanted me to talk to you. He's a really good person, and he cares about both of you a lot. Even though you guys don't show it back, I'm here to talk to you about it."

Butters's dad seemed skeptical, "Talk? What's the point? He's just stupid and annoying."

Kenny's heart ached at the man's words, but he pushed forward. "Look, I know you might have your reasons, but he's hurting because of the way you treat him. He doesn't deserve that. And deep down, I think you both know that."

Butters's dad spoke up, "Look, we are just properly punishing our child. If you don't like it, I'm sorry, but you can't tell us how to raise our kid."

Kenny shook his head. "Look folks, it's not okay. CPS can and will be called if you don't stop. Along with this, Butters may have told me not to hurt you, but Butters is also not here right now. So I suggest you start listening." Kenny then pulled out a bat.

Butters's parents looked at eachother, scared, their faces changing from skepticism to concern. Kenny's words had clearly struck a nerve, and the mention of Child Protective Services and the fact that Kenny was will to beat the crap out of them.

Kenny's heart raced, he knew one wrong move, and they would still hurt Butters.

"Look, we just want him to be strong," Butters's dad said.

"Right, right. Well, you see, there's a difference between tough love and actual abuse." Kenny said back.

At this point, Butters's mom started to cry, "We didn't mean to go this far!"

Kenny rolled his eyes a little. "Right... sure. Beating your son and you still say you didn't mean for it to be this bad."

Kenny's words had a mix of frustration and disappointment, his voice also had a but of anger. He was tired of hearing excuses for the abuse Butters had to put up with for so long.

"Butters deserves better than this," Kenny continued, his tone strong. "He deserves a loving and supportive family, not one that abuses and beats him! You've pushed him to the brink, and it's not okay."

Butters's mom sobbed openly, her face buried in her hands. "We never meant for it to get this bad. We just thought..."

Kenny interrupted, his voice sounding mad, "What you meant, doesn't excuse what you've done. You've hurt him, emotionally and physically, and he doesn't deserve that. He's a good person, and he deserves love and respect. So, here's the deal...."

Kenny held his bat tightly. "You will treat him better, give him love and respect, or... I will leave both of you witubout knee caps. Okay?"

Butters's parents nodded nervously. "Good! Now, I'm going to leave, but I will hear from Butters about your behavior, so you better do what you promised. Or... you know."

Then, as quickly as he came, Kenny jumped out of the window and disappeared into the night, headed for Butters's window for his nightly check-in.
