Chapter 40- Autographs and Gunshots

~ Present Day ~

I went to the autograph signing and started greeting the fans. It was just me signing stuff today. I was really excited to have an autograph session all to myself. My session started and the first person to come up was a little girl. She was dressed from head to toe in my merch.

"Hi, sweetie."

"Hi. Can you sign this?"

She was really shy as she set a picture down in front of me. She looked to be about six or seven.

"Sure."

"You are her favorite." Her father said.

I smiled as I looked at her. "Really? I am?"

She nodded.

"Well, thank you. That means a lot to me."

I signed it and handed it back to her.

"I also drew this for you."

She handed me a picture that had stick figures on it. They looked like me and guys.

I smiled. "This is beautiful. You drew this?"

She nodded.

"Well, I love it. You're an amazing artist."

"Thank you."

I came around the table and gave her a hug. We took a picture together and then she was on her way. She was so cute. I smiled as I looked at the picture one last time before putting it in my bag. I was going to hang that at home on my fan art board for sure. I continued meeting with fans and signing stuff. More and more people came up to telling me how much they looked up to me and how happy they were to be meeting me. I loved meeting with fans so much. I finished up the signing and I went out to the car. My driver had went to get something to eat before we left so I sat in the car waiting for him. I was on my phone and I heard the front door open. The car started moving and I assumed it was my driver. But then, the car stopped in a random place I didn't know.

"Driver? What is going on?"

The person turned around and it wasn't my driver. I tried opening my door but it wouldn't open. And soon, a gun was placed on me.

"You're pretty."

"Please, I'll give you whatever you want. Please, don't hurt me."

"Give me all of your money."

I nodded and handed him all the cash in my purse.

"The ring too."

I looked down at my engagement ring. I started crying as I handed it to him.

"Good girl."

And then he shot me.
