I was comfortably laying on the couch, fully focused on the TV in front of me. Leo was sitting next to me and I was comfortably cuddled into his side.

What I didn't know was that Leos attention wasnt turned to the TV. Instead he was silently taking in my features, watching how I reacted whenever something exciting happened on screen.
He smiled softly when my eyes widened in shock.

"Hey (y/n)?", he mumbled, gently moving a piece of hair behind my ear that had fallen in front of my face. "Hmm?", I responded, still focused on the movie.
"How's the most amazing person doing?", he asked quietly.

"Dunno", I said, still distracted: "How are you doing today, Leo?". "I-I'm fine.", he replied, cutely blushing.

"Leo?"
"Yeah?"
"Have you seen my hair tie? I think I left it in here yesterday.", I asked, looking around the workbenches in the bunker trying to find it.
"No?", Leo said but the way it sounded more like a question made me turn around and look at him. Sitting by one of the workbenches, he was already looking up at me. I crossed my arms in front of my chest and squinted my eyes: "Where is it?"

"For my defence, I didn't know it was yours.", he responded, holding his hands up in surrender. But I just raised an eyebrow: "Go on.".
"I may or may not have already used it as a machine part.", he mumbled, scratching the back of his head. His gaze flew to the small thing laying on the table in front of him. After inspecting it more closely I assumed it was a helicopter. And I could, in fact, spot my hair tie inside the mess of other random things.
"Are you mad?", Leo asked timidly, looking at me with his big brown eyes. "No of course not.", I laughed, loosening my arms that were still crossed in front of my chest. "It's just a hair tie. I have plenty in my cabin.".
Leo realised a sigh of relief and grinned: "Soooo could I have some more?" "Leo!"

"Are you sure this is a good idea?", I asked anxiously and looked at my boyfriends face.
His lips were curled into a light smile as he said: "C'mon (y/n) this will be fun.". I raised my eyebrows at his words but still took his held out hand.
I grabbed it tightly and together we stood up on festus' back. My legs were shaking as I looked down to the blue lake, maybe 30 feet beneath us. On the distant shore I could hear our friends cheering, especially Percy and Piper.
"I'm scared, Leo.", I admitted quietly. He gently kissed my cheek and muttered: "On three, alright?". I took a deep breath and nodded, holding onto his hand even tighter.
"One, two, THREE", Leo exclaimed and together, holding hands, we jumped into the water.
