Revenge (Part 2 of Grease stained)

I couldn't help but actually write a second part to the last onehot. Hope you like it!

It's been a week since Leo had decided to smear machine oil all over me and I was still determined to get my revenge. Even if it seemed as if my boyfriend had completely forgotten the incident or believed my words were empty. So I made a plan to prank him.

It just so happened that Frank and Hazel were visting us at camp the next weekend. Both of them were happy to be back and greeted their friends with big smiles on their faces.
Especially Percy seemed really happy to see the two demigods, giving both a big bear hug.

After a little welcoming round I pulled Hazel aside.
"I need your help to prank Leo" I told her in a quiet voice. She looked at me confused. "Why?" she asked, tilting her head slightly.

"Well let's just say, he thought it wasn't enough that he was smeared with machine oil and had to dirty me as well." adding to that I pointed to my camp shirt, where you could still see the stain. Just like Leo had said, washing it out wasn't very easy.

Hazel raised an eyebrow and smiled "You two are cute, you know that?". "Maybe" I shrugged my shoulders "but he's still mean.".
"Alright." Hazel laughed "What's the idea?"

After we made a plan, we went back to our friends. "Where have you two been?" Leo asked curiously as I walked up beside him and he put an arm around my shoulder.
"Oh, just some girlstalk." I shrugged innocently and smiled at him.
"Alright, well you all have fun. I have to finish something in the bunker." he said and gently kissed my forehead before he turned and walked towards the woods.

It wasn't long until Hazel and I excused ourselves as well and quietly walked towards the (g/p) cabin. None of my siblings were there, all probably doing some chores or camp activities.
Since it was slowly getting dark outside, we quickly grabbed a flashlight and stepped out of the cabin again.

Walking towards the woods, the voices of the campers were getting more quiet until all we could hear were absent whispers of dryads and the rustling of the leaves underneath our feet.
It wasn't long until the tall metal doors of bunker nine got in sight.

Since it had been a warm day, Leo must have decided to leave one of the doors a crack open so that air could circulate in the tall halls.
The daughter of Pluto glanced at me with a mischievous smile, something I hadn't yet seen her do before, and she rushed through the gap. I hurried to stay behind her since she seemed to melt into the shadows.

We ran through seemingly endless collums of work benches, all packed with tools and blueprints, always keeping our heads down.
Slowly the hammering that had been quiet became a loud noise right in front of us.

That's when we stopped and hid behind a tall machine.
As we peeked out from our hiding spot, I could see Leo raising his hammer just to bring it down once again. If I could see correctly, he was currently flattening a piece of celestrial bronze.

I had to admit that he looked pretty good with his curls slightly sticking to his forehead, if by grease or sweat I could not tell, and his sleeves rolled up to reveal his toned arms.

"(y/n)!" Hazel whispered, pulling me out of my trance. "Yeah? Sorry. Got distracted." I quickly said. She looked at me, slightly tilting her head and smiled: "I could tell. Are you ready?".

As I nodded approvingly, Hazel closed her eyes. Just a few seconds later, I heard a loud 'klonk'. The daughter of Pluto had pulled the celestrial bronze so that it fell off the working table and onto the floor next to it.
Leo hadn't moved at all, frozen still with his hammer raised in the air. It took him a second to realise what had happened.
