I was inspired by Fireslash97's Halo X Male odst reader. so I thought might make my own. This story takes places during Reach all the way up to Halo 4. cause we don't speak about Halo 5.
After barely escaping that swampy nightmare intact Echo-419 and I headed back to Alpha base and landed on the landing pad and got off the pelican to met up with Major Antonio Silva and Balto who was happy to see.

Y/n what happened? Where is the chief?" asked Silva.
"Gone sir." I replied
"Gone what do you mean gone?" asked Silva
"It's best to talk inside." I said before I was lead to a make shift briefing room and told the Major everything about how Chief and I went to locate Captain Keyes last location in a swamp that was suppose to be where a hidden Covenant weapon cache was being stored only to find something worse up to the point when Chief got teleported away. I still had the recording and plugged it in to the terminal and we watched the recording of what happened to Keyes and his team.
"What were those things Y/n?" asked Silva
"I don't know sir but whatever they are they got the Captain and his team. Chief and I barely got out of there.
"I see. You did well to bring us this information why don't you get some rest you earned it" said Silva.
"Thank you sir." I said walking out of the command center with Balto and went to find a place to rest for a bit. While looking I ran into a squad of ODST'S Fireteam Raven a squad from the ship I heard from other marines.
