After the exams, the new students are put on a helicopter and flown to Academy Island to start their years at Duel Academy "Good morning and welcome, students. Im Chancellor Shepard, headmaster here, and you are the best and brightest young duelists in the world" he stated ("Damn straight") Adam thought "Now please, get settled at your assigned dorms, I think you'll find them quiet comfortable, depending on how you ranked" Shepard said. "I don't know about you Sy, but it looks like I'm in the Slifer Red dorm" Jaden said "Thats cool, same as me" Cyrus replied "What about you Adam, what dorm did you get?" Jaden asked "Mine says, Obelisk Blue, I prefer red, but it's what I have" Adam answered, Bastion walked by "Hey, you in red too?" Jaden asked "Lets see, yellow sleeves, yellow buttons, I don't think so" Bastion replied, making Adam chuckle.
Adam followed another kid with a blue coat on and was led to the a massive building "These are dorms, this is a borderline castle" He commented, Adam walked in and he was even more impressed with the interior of the building, needless to say, it looked better than the outside

"Holy damn, this place is nice" Adam stated "You said it, this is the best dorm here" another blue said, before walking off "If this is the best, Ive got it made, only problem is finding my actual room in this big ass place" Adam groaned.
A few minutes later
Adam walked around campus, trying to find the best places to duel, when he saw Jaden and Syrus walk into a big dome-y building "What the hell are they doing?" He asked, following after them. Adam walked in and saw two other blues reprimanding Jaden and Syrus "You red rejects are welcome here, got that?" One asked "I wouldn't talk down to him" Adam said walking in "Thats the one that beat Crowler incase you're too dumb to remember, even if you could beat him, then you'd duel me..." Adam growled "Hey Adam" Jaden said "Sup" Adam replied "He is? Chazz, get its the kid that beat Dr. Crowler" the right blue said, When another blue walked into view and glared at Jaden "Who's that douchebag?" Adam asked.
"His name's Chazz Princeton, and he was the top duelist in duel prep school, so you had better pay respect" the left duelist stated "He's gonna be then next king of games, the best duelist in the world" the right blue said "Not if you're kissing his ass the whole time" Adam mumbled "Impossible" Jaden said "What?" The right blue asked "He cant be the next king of games, cause that's gonna be me" Jaden stated, the two blues were about to laugh, but a glare from Adam made them hold it back "Maybe he's right, he did beat Crowler, I guess that takes some skill" Chazz said "Got that right" Jaden replied "Or was it luck, I say we find out" Chazz stated "Bring it" Jaden replied.
"Well this is a motley crew" a voice said, everyone turned and saw a blonde girl walk in "Who's this?" Adam asked "Hey Alexis, come to see me mop the floor with Jaden here" Chazz asked ("Yeah, I'd like to see you try, Chazz-hole") Adam thought "It'll be short but entertaining" Chazz said "I bet you have to say that a lot" Adam laughed, Chazz glared at him "What's that mean?" Chazz asked "I'll let you figure that out" Adam replied "Im here to remind you that you're late for the Obelisk welcome dinner, you're late" Alexis said "Right, come on guys" Chazz replied as the other blues followed him "You too, uh..." Alexis said "Adam" He replied "Adam" Alexis said "Alright, Im leaving, see you two later" Adam said "Later" Jaden said, waving, Adam smiled ("That damned optimism") he thought.
Adam devoured the food he gathered like a savage, somehow not spilling a bit of it, other blues watched in disgust, others in awe, while Crowler watched in disdain ("An Obelisk Blue should have better manners, a delinquent like him shouldn't be at this high a level") he thought "Quit it, you get food on us" a blue said "If you got a problem duel me over it" Adam hissed, his eyes piercing everyone that looked into them "N-no thanks, Im good" the blue said before running off "Thats what I thought" Adam replied, before getting back to happily gorging himself.
